Dear, Akbar Ali

On behalf of Samsung Engineering Co.Ltd, I am pleased to extend this offer of employment to you in the position of “
MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR” or any suitable position as may be determined by the company from time to time in
accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this offer. The duration of this offer is indefinite and commences on
the date of joining SEC The general terms of your employment are:

Point of Hire : India

Basic Monthly Salary : USD 800 $- per month (US Dollar Eight Hundred Only) with overtime.

Food Allowance : USD 100/- per month. (United State Dollar One Hundred only)

Probationary Period : 3 months During the period if found unsuitable trade wise medically unfit the
company has the full right to terminate without giving any prior notice and
any compensation in this case.

Following the completion of the probationary period each party may terminate
the contract by:

Contract : Company contract to you 2 year, after complete 2 year it will be renewal.

Accomodation : The Company Shall provide the employee free accomodation with appropriate
sanitary & health conditions.

Transporation : The Company Shall provide the employee free Transport from his
accomodation to the work place an back.

Leave Entitilements : 42 days including friday paid leave with return economy Excursion Air
Ticket upon completion 24 months of continous service.

Working Hours : During Period of employment the employee agree to work a minimum of
8 hours a day. Six days a week.
