mode

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it
has been decided to undertake Construction of Four-lane “Spur of Meerut-
Garhmukteshwar section of NH-709A connecting NH-119 (New NH-34) near village
Salarpur Jalalpur (Meerut) to NH-58 (New NH-334) near village Daurala, (Meerut)
Bypassing Meerut city” (Design Km 00+000 to Design Km 12+828) on EPC Mode under
Bharatmala Pariyojna in the state of Uttar Pradesh” through an Engineering,
Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids

https://bims.gov.in/ from 07.10.2021 to 22.11.2021 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must
submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https://etenders.gov.in and https://bims.gov.in
on or before 22.11.2021 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on
23.11.2021 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing Declaration,
POA for signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity
Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents
specified in clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest
Bidder before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that
the National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of
the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
