ABSTRACT
Mechanical Engineering without production and manufacturing is meaningless. Production
and manufacturing process deals with conversion of raw materials inputs to finished products
as per required dimension, specification and efficiently using recent technology. The new
development and requirements inspired us to think of new improvements in manufacturing
field.

In our project Metal Bending Machine various flat solid patterned is being bend with the help
of this machine and required diametered shape Will be obtained In circular, semi circle , U-
Shaped etc. It is widely used in various industrial operation such as bending a tube to make
coil or sheet metal to make certain shape such as ‘U’ shape.

The main problem that people, doing various metallic projects, face is the bending of metallic
pieces. The reason that this problem is arisen during these projects is because the metallic
pieces need a lot of pressure, strength as well as accuracy to be bent. There are many machines
to be used to achieve this but the cost is very high. Therefore, I decided to make for my own.
The construction of this roller bender is more user-friendly to everyone, is relatively
affordable, is extremely useful and it will fill with feelings of joy and satisfaction
