Many believe that high school students should spend more time outdoors because they have

a wide range of valuable effects on undergraduates. From my viewpoint, I agree with this
for several following reasons. Firstly, outdoor activities support children's development.
When youngsters dive into nature and society, they have a chance of making progress in
knowledge of hands-on experience, life, or even survival skills. As a result, they would
develop their independence, self-confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills, and whatnot.
Moreover, those are of use not only for learners' study but also for their jobs, their future.
Secondly, extracurricular activities give health promotion a helping hand appreciably.
Because outdoor training requires participants to be active and energetic, the juniors have to
take part in more activities, which will increase their physical health and make them in
better shape. In addition, access to nature also decreases the stress levels of students, which
contributes efficiently to their mental health. In summary, the open-space experience
benefits high school students in a variety of ways.
