Introduction

Healthcare System outlines the services that will be provided to people in order to help
them improve their health, given in specific locations, such as in home, educational institutions,
businesses, public places, communities, hospitals, and clinics. Law and regulations establish the
financial, management, scope, and content of a formal organization for a specific population
A health system is made up of all organizations, individuals, with the primary goal of
promoting, restoring, or maintaining health. Efforts to affect health determinants as well as more
direct health-improving behaviors are included. As a result, it is more than just a pyramid of
publicly owned establishments that provide personal health care.
It encompasses, for example, a mother caring for a sick kid at home; private providers;
behavior modification initiatives; vector-control efforts; health insurance companies; and
workplace health and safety regulations. It involves inter-sectoral activity by health
professionals, such as pushing the ministry of education to encourage female education, a well-
known determinant of improved health.
In the middle of a pandemic, the Philippines' healthcare system is in jeopardy due to
mishandled budgets for health workers. The extremely contagious Delta Variant, which was
recently found by the Philippine Genome Center, led hospitals to fill to capacity. Health workers
are requesting unpaid compensation as well as any other benefits that they are entitled to. If the
government continues to underpay health professionals and deny their benefits, there will be a
mass resignation, which might lead to the country's health system to crumbled

Lockdowns and policy actions to curtail the transmission of COVID-19 have widespread,
economic, societal more importantly health impacts. Health systems of low-to-middle-income
countries may have fewer buffering resources and capacity against shocks from a pandemic .
Community quarantines alongside transport and boarder restrictions have universally impacted
health service access and delivery, affecting patients and health workers. Local health systems
reinforced gatekeeping mechanisms for secondary and tertiary care through referral systems and
implemented telemedicine services to reduce face-to-face consultation. The health system
impacts in the Philippines have been variegated across municipal income. The highly
transmissible delta variant is causing record-high COVID-19 caseloads in the Philippines.
Overworked nurses have staged protests and threatened mass resignations as hospitals fill up, if
government continues to unpaid their compensation and any other benefits. The Philippines'
government put aside specific risk allowances for health care employees at the onset of the
pandemic last year, including hazard pay and money for lodging and transportation. Health care
worker unions, on the other hand, claim that promised benefits and compensation have not been
paid out. Aside from being underpaid, health professionals are also strained physically and
psychologically as a result of the large number of patients admitted to hospitals and the
obligation to care for them. Health professionals are an essential component of a country's
healthcare system; they run equipment, care for patients, and, most significantly, save the lives of
many people, especially now the world specifically the Philippines is in the midst of a pandemic.
Aside from providing them with the appropriate advantages, People should also acknowledge
their efforts and sacrifices. Many health personnel gave their life to rescue many people, and
they deserved to be recognized  as heroes.
