Responsibilities:

 Service existing accounts, obtain promotion orders, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call
on existing potential sales outlets and other trade factors
 Maximize the market share of our brands at POS
 Ensure shelf space in line with planograms or fair share and check and act immediately on out of
stock.
 Build excellent operational relationship at customer level.
 Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands.
 Implement national key account agreements & report, check assortment and act on availability of our
brands.
 Introduce innovations within the set frame time and maximize visibility.
 Control FIFO and take necessary actions.
 Preparation of monthly, Weekly reports as required by the management.
 Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations.
 Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices.
 Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings.
 Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate execution.
 Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
 Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as ly Sales Reports,
weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
 Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
 Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
developments.
 Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports;
making recommendations to management.
 Maintain professional and technical knowledge and establishing personal networks
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
