DIAGRAM
METHOD:
1. Placed three fingers on the left hand as indicated in the diagram above.
2. The number of pulsations for thirty seconds was counted and noted.
3. Step two was repeated three more times and the average was found.
4. Collected the average pulse rate of six other persons from class.
5. Students exercised (run, jump, skip, etc.) for two minutes.
6. Immediately after the exercise, the number of pulsations for thirty seconds was counted
and noted.
7. Step 5 was repeated every 30 seconds until the pulse rate returned to as close to the
normal rate.

CONCLUSION
Exercise increases your pulse rate.
