Subject: Letter of consent to conduct interview

Dear Maam:

My name is Julienne J. Castillo. I am a student at Bago City College under the supervision of Mrs. Glenda
Mañoso. You are invited to participate in a interview about the lived experiences of seasoned teachers
in public or private elementary or secondary schools before and during COVID-19 pandemic on the four
factors of learner-centered psychological principles.

The interview will not evaluate or judge your experiences in teaching performance rather, it will give
insights into how you handle teaching independently. The findings of the interview will help me as a
future educator be aware and guided on what awaits me in the teaching profession.

There are no identified risks from participating in this interview. All of the responses will be confidential,
and no one can access the recorded interview except me as the interviewer. Participation in this
research is completely voluntary and you may refuse to participate without consequence. The interview
will take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete.

Thank you for your consideration. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

JULIENNE J. CASTILLO
