All TCS associates in C2, C3A/B, C4 and equivalent grades are
eligible for Wings2.

Associates can self-enroll to this self-paced learning program


during any time of the year.

To start your Wings2 journey, please self-enroll through Xcelerate. Please note that not all Aspired Role
You can visit Xcelerate through Ultimatix>Talent Management> Talent and Job combinations ensure
Transformation> Xcelerate> Your Aspiration> Update to self-enroll. Wings2 enrollment.

10 Document Classification
Select your Role and Job Area from the Xcelerate Eagle page. It
will then display the learning objects corresponding to the Role -
Job Area selection. Select the learning objects following the
instructions in the page and submit the selection.

After 48 hours, the learning path will be visible in


personalized Wings2 dashboard which is available on
clicking the learning points in iEvolve home page.

Can I change my Wings2 Role Job based
learning path after self-enrolling?

changes through
the self enrollment
navigation in
Xcelerate
However, please note, associates in
advanced stages of learning path completion
are not advised to change the
Wings2 Role Job path they are subscribed to.

What is the duration for Elevate - Wings2 program?

Wings2 is a subscription-based, self-paced learning program. During the
span of time wherein the associate is in C2,C3A/B,C4 and equivalent
grades, they can pursue Wings 2 journey.

There are 3 milestones corresponding to 3 Role-Job Areas on which the associate can self enroll and
pursue the learning. There is no time limit to complete a particular milestone , but the maximum
number of milestones that an associate can pursue under Wings2 program is limited to 3.

15 Document Classification
There are 4 Power-Plays under each milestone of which 3 Power-
Plays are related to learning and 1 to deployment. Under 3
learning Power-Plays, post the learning completion there would
be Unit Panel Evaluations which happens every quarter.

What will happen to the Wings2 journey if
the associate is on LWP or Long Leave?

17 Document Classification
Associates on long leave or LWP are not eligible but can get enrolled
upon their return. Elevate enrollment will kick start only for active
associates.

If an associate goes on long leave in between after


enrollment it would pause and resume later upon joining
work, if the associate is still in C2,C3A/B,C4 and
equivalent grades.

Am I eligible to take Wings2 Unit
panel evaluation after C3B promotion?

19 Document Classification
As the promotion timeline cannot be known prior for
planning, C3A associate who is eligible for promotion will be
given one quarter to attend the Unit Panel Evaluation for the
ongoing learning.

On clearing within a quarter, associate will get a


Wings2 incentive. If not, they will have to continue
learning journey under Wings3 program.

What are the Power-Plays
associated with Wings2 program ?

There are 3 milestones corresponding to 3 Role-Job Areas on
which the associate can self enroll and pursue the learning.

There are 4 Power-Plays under each


milestone.
3 Learning Power-Plays :

Power-Play 1 - Core Learning - Tech/Domain


Power-Play 2 – Non-Core Learning Part A - Leadership and Soft skills
Power-Play 3 – Non-Core Learning Part B - Process and Domain/Tech

…and Power-Play 4 - Deployment to the enrolled Role Job Area

22 Document Classification
Under 3 learning Power-Plays, post the learning completion, there would be Unit
Panel Evaluations which would happen every quarter. Based on the Evaluation
results, rewards would be provided to the associates under each Power-Play.

Power-Play 1 completion is mandatory to be eligible for all other


Power-Play completions. But Power-Play 2 and 3 learning can happen
parallelly along with PP1, but the unit evaluation for PP2/3 can
happen only after PP1 completion.

Deployment Power-Play can be completed if the associate


gets deployed to the selected Role-Job Area and stay in that
RJA for a minimum period of 3 months.

What is the eligibility criteria for taking
Unit Panel Evaluation in Wings2?

There are 3 milestones corresponding to 3 Role-Job Areas on which the associate can
self enroll and pursue the learning. Under each Milestone, there are 3 Learning Power-
Plays (PP-1,PP-2, PP3). For these 3 PPs, there would be Unit evaluation on satisfying
the below conditions. Unit Evaluation eligibility criteria:

evaluation post the learning completion.
