Edwin: Our distinguished guest, Hon. Julius C. Ramos, our Vice Mayor, Hon. Teodoro A.

Ramos, our
Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Danilo C. Sison, our PSDS, Dr. Eden E. Evangelista, to our
school Principals, fellow teachers, ladies & gentlemen, a warm good afternoon to one and all.

Charisse: It gives us immense pleasure to be part of this very momentous event. This day is much
awaited, esp. to our beloved promotees for another milestone in their lives and of course to our
retiree as we give herrecognition for her hard works and contributions in our society and this
agency.

Edwin: The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination to
fulfil the duties and responsibilities being placed in our shoulders. And today, it is just right to
celebrate the successes of our meritorious teachers.

Charisse: Indeed sir. We have gathered here this afternoon to recognize the achievement of our
promotees and to give honor and appreciation to our diligent teacher who are about to endher
service in the department/agency.

Edwin: Truly ma’am Charisse, but despite of herretiring soon, we are pretty sure that she will
continue to serve our community.

Charisse: Yes sir. And with that, our promotes and retiree are truly commendable.

Edwin: So to begin this auspicious event, may we request everybody to please stand for the
preliminaries to be led by Sta. Maria District Band.

Charisse; You may now take your seats. And like what I always say, there is nothing more heart
warming and reassuring than an affectionate words of welcome and this will be given to us by no
other than our “Pinuno”, our Principal III, sir Edgardo A. Daquer.

Edwin: Thank you sir for your open arms and open heart welcome to everyone. At this time, let us
lend our ears to the message of our ever dynamic PSDS, Dr. Eden E. Evangelista.

Charisse:Thank you mam for always giving us worth pondering words. Once again, Dr. Eden E.
Evangelista. At this moment, I am deeply honoured and pleased to introduce to you the next person
who will deliver his message to us. L & G, please help me in welcoming, our new Schools Division
Superintendent, Dr. Danilo C. Sison. A big big hand of applause, please.

Edwin: Thank you very much sir for your inspiring words. How about another round of applause
for our Schools Division Superintendent. Today is absolutely a lucky day for us because we have
the presence of our ever hard working and amiable vice-mayor to give us a message, let’s welcome,
Hon. Teodoro A. Ramos. A resounding applause, please.

Charisse: Thank you sir. I would agree to what sir Edwin said a while back, that we are fortunate to
have our distinguished guest. And at this time, it is with pride to introduce to you the next person
who will give us another message. L & G, please help me in welcoming, our man of action here in
Sta, Maria, our mayor, Hon. Julius C. Ramos.

Edwin: Thank you sir for giving us some of your precious time to be with us this afternoon. Once
again, our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Julius C. Ramos. And now, it is time for us to be entertained. Let’s
give it up to the ballroom dancers of SMEIS from the elementary department.

Charisse: Thank you SMEIS Ballroom dancers from the elementary department, for that very
energetic performance. At this juncture, we will witness another intermission number this time
from the junior high school department of SMEIS,

Edwin: Thank you. Truly we have plenty of talented students. And to showcase the talents of the
students from West Central School, let us witness another intermission number. A big big hand of
applause to the West Central School Hiphop dancers.
Charisse: Thank you West Central School hiphop dancers. And to serenade us this afternoon. Let’s
put our hands together for the Sta. Maria District Band.

Edwin: Thank you! They deserve another round of applause. So please, let us give a hand to the Sta.
Maria District Band. Let us now move forward to the awarding proper and to introduce to us our
retirees, I’d like to call in, sir Aris Carlo P. Mislang, Samadetea President. A round of applause
please.

Charisse: And now let us meet the promotees from March 2019 onwards.

Edwin: At this juncture, we would like to call in sir Van Aldrich Rosal to receive a special award for
his ountstanding performance as coach in Campus Journalism who with his guidance to his student-
journalist made it to the Regional Schools Press Conferences. Let us give sir Van a resounding
applause please.

Charisse: Congratulations again sir Van. We are looking forward for more winnings, of course not
just for the West Central School but for all the schools, elementary and high school here in Sta.
Maria. And speaking of winnings, of course we also give special recognition to the following
coaches/who won in the division level for Deped recognized activities.

Ladies and Gentlemen, may we request you to rise as our Division School Superintendent has just
entered the hall. Let us give him a warm round of applause. Thank you po.
