innovators and industry proponents, the 12-month intensive program weaves
together academic lectures from top faculty from IIT Jodhpur, hands-on practical
sessions conducted on state-of-art technology labs led by Wiley's Industry
Experts, assignments and capstone project to provide as experiential learning in
Data Engineering with a focus on Cloud Computing.

In these 12-months, the students are expected to master the key technologies
involved in generating insights from data that solve complex social and business
challenges of today's world. In this program, the students will imbibe the
technologies and methologies to manage the complete lifecycle of a data
engineering project - from big data collection to insight generation using machine
learning techniques.

Also, they will deploy models on cloud to gain the real-world experience of
developing, deploying, and administering data applications on cloud. A capstone
at the end of program will help crystalize the students' knowledge where will
showcase their mastery over tools and technologies of data and cloud, and prove
they are ready to face any challenges in the industry.

WHAT
is the criteria of eligibility?
The eligibility criteria prescribed below are the absolute minimum with no
possible exceptions. The general eligibility criteria for admissions is as follows:

(i) The applicant must have bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (4 year
program) or a master’s degree in science, MCA, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences,
Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Sciences or in a related field.

(ii) A minimum of 60% marks for GEN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PD) category in
aggregate or as specified by the university/institute or a minimum CGPA of 6.0
for GEN/OBC (5.5 for SC/ST/PD) category on the scale of 10; with corresponding
proportional requirements when the scales are other than on 10 (for example
4.8 for GEN/OBC category (4.4 for SC/ST/PD) on a scale of 8) or a first-class as
specified by the university/institute.

(iii) The applicant must have a minimum of two years of work experience
(after qualifying degree) in industry/R&D laboratories/Academic Institutions at
the time of registration to the program. The applicant must qualify the written
test conducted by IIT Jodhpur or its appointed partner.

Dr. Bhatnagar has spent four years as a Post-doctoral Research
Associate at University of Windsor, Canada. He has received a
PhD in interdisciplinary area of Applied Mathematics and
Computer Science and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from
the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, in 2010 and
2005, respectively. His research interests lie in the broad area of wavelet and fractional
transform theory, with applications in digital watermarking, encryption techniques, biometrics
and mathematical image analysis. Dr. Bhatnagar is the author of over 80 scholarly publications.
He is a member of several professional bodies, including IEEE and ACM.

STEP 1: COUNSELLING SESSION WITH PROGRAM ADVISOR

Speak to your program advisor to know if you are the right fit for
the program and understand the learning benefits. If you are the
right profile and that you decide to apply, your program advisor
will share the details.

STEP 2: PRESCREENING ASSESSMENT

All interested applicants are required to register their interest and

appear for an online MCQ based selection test conducted by
WileyNXT. All succesful candidates will be duly notified by
WileyNXT program advisors to apply for the PG Diploma program.

STEP 3: SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM & DOCUMENTS

The application link will be shared on mail along with a list of

documents. You need to fill up the application form and submit all
relevant documents. Deadlines for program fee payment and application
submition will also be mentioned on the same email.

Applicants are required to pay the processing fee of Rs.XXX for General
and OBC applicants and Rs.XXX for SC, ST, and PD applicants online while
submitting the application form. In case of any query, candidates may
contact the Office of Academics (offi[email protected]) for issues
related to online application, Automation ([email protected]) for
payment related issues and other general queries may be directed to the
