PROCEDURE MEETING THE LEARNERS’ NEEDS


I. INTRODUCTION
The learners will be able to:

1. Define communication.

Process Questions:

1. The teacher will ask the students all the communication activities that
one has done from waking up in the morning until arrival in class.
a. All verbal activity should be included no matter how short.
b. All nonverbal activity should be also included such as the alarm rings
or the radio /TV playing, etc.

2. How do you deal with other people?

MOTIVATION
Activity No.1 (Say Something!/Picture Analysis)

Description: The students will describe the picture shown to them and react
on what they observed on the picture. Get their ideas on the characteristics
and personalities.

Process Questions:

1. Based on the characteristics and trait of characters


or personalities identified, what word or name could you associate with
them?
2. Do you have what it takes to be like them?
3. Do you think that it is important to communicate well?
INSTRUCTION/DELIVERY
Activity 2 : Video Clip Presentation : The teacher will show a short video
clip about communication and let the students define or understand what is
communication based on the video shown.

Activity 3: World Café : Student will be grouped into four

and share their own partners answer with the class.

SCENARIO: Based on your experienced, create a situation that will


illustrate the significance of communication to learning.
