• Increase Sales , Revenues , Profits , Market share


• Maintain market awareness
• Controlling internal cost
• Meet a bottom line for the sales targets
• Maintain relationship with the clients
• Be up to date with changes in market

KRA’s for Sales Managers/Sr. Sales Managers

• All the goals of a sales executive +


• They need to have the ability to inspire a team.
• Provide Team leadership and coaching.
• Establish shared ownership for the results.
• Arrange weekly and monthly meetings with their team members.
• Try to train your team without actually doing the task at hand
yourself.
• Develop Team members to the fullest potential.
KRA’s for Customer Care

• Maintaining data regarding Sales in with respect to different


Divisions.
• Answering and Resolving queries of Customers as soon as
possible.
• Maintaining the details of Customers regarding their Address,
Phone Numbers, E-mail, Birthdays and Anniversary.
• Preparing and submitting reports on the of the Month for the
revenue generation by the Sales Team.

KRA’s for HR

• Handling Recruitment Process


• Keeping records of Employee Details, Attendance Records, Leave
Records etc.
• Ensuring a good working environment for the employees’.
• Resolving Employee Grievances and queries.
• Coordinating with the Accounts Department for Salary
Disbursements

KRA’s for Accounts Department

• Preparing monthly records of Receipts and Payments.


• Maintaining details of Brokers Commission.
• Preparing and Maintaining Salary Details and Coordinating with
the HR Department for Salary Disbursements.
• Responsible for payments to different company vendors.
