The team was tasked with art directing two song performances: "Dil Dil Pakistan" by Junaid Jamshed and "Hawa Hawa" by Hassan Jahangeer. BRIEF REPORT

 INTRODUCTION:
As a team we have to do art direction of two songs one was “Dil Dil Pakistan” by Junaid
Jamshed and second song was “Hawa Hawa” by Hassan Jahangeer. We decided to give two
complete look for these song for Dil Dil Pakistan we decide a patriotic theme with a touch of
green and white color and for Hawa Hawa we decided to create a disco theme with touch of
retro.

“Dil Dil Pakistan by Junaid Jamshed”

 COLOR PALETTE
For the creative expression of the above mentioned song by Junaid Jamshed. we opted for a color
palette consisting of the following colors:

 White
 Green
 Black
 Blue

 CHARACTER

Our song was “Dil Dil Pakistan” by Junaid Jamshed starting with the character
after a hunt for the perfect match for Junaid Jashmed look alike at the time when
he sang the song Dil Dil Pakistan.

 COSTUME, MAKEUP AND STYLING


 Junaid Jamshed
For Junaid Jamshed’s costume our team chose a combination of green and white shits
with white pant. We also gave our character the Junaid Jamshed’s hairstyle and a light
nude makeup look.
 Supporing Characters
 For the two Supporing Characters we went for a simple white shirts with jeans jacket and
blue two shaded blue jeans pant. No-makeup makeup look to just enhance their features.

 SET DESIGN
The set design of this beautiful song was patriotic set up with a flags and Green jeep as well as
grass made of card sheets, smoke and original song video displayed on the SMD screen which
enhance our art direction of set.
 LOOK AND FEEL:
We used lights to create disco atmosphere. We played visuals of original song in the back of the
SMD and changing color lighting in the front to give a more in-depth look at a show.

 CONCLUSION:
We as a team opted on the above-mentioned Art direction in order for the audience to relive the
magic of the performance at their university. Through our creative direction, they were able to
sense the atmosphere and setting. We put our sweat and blood into these two performances in
order to make them look real and beautiful.

Song: “Hawa Hawa by Hassan Jahangeer”

 COLOR PALLET:

We settled on the color palette before the performance so that we could visualize how everything
would work with these hues.

Our main colors were:

 Red
 Black
 White
 Yellow
 Green
 CHARACTER
Our song was Hasan Jahangeer’s hawa hawa ," which began with the character following a
search for the right hassan jahangeer lookalike.

 COSTUME:

We want to give the audience an accurate representation of Hassan Jahangeer, we


need to dress our character in a way that roars a perfect blend of Hassan Jahangeer
look alike. After much discussion, we decided on the costume, giving our character
a sleek stylish rock star look. To achieve our desired look, we paired a red jacket
with a black shirt and pant.

 MAKEUP AND STYLING:

For makeup and styling, we keep the look simple and subtle by going with nude
look.

 SET DESIGN:

For the set design we decided to give our audience retro Disco theme look, we
designed our set in a manner with a standing props and a visuals of original video
of Hassan Jahangeer on backdrop for the SMD screen.
 LOOK AND FEEL:

We used lights to create disco atmosphere. We played visuals of original song in
