TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION

One of the most significant professions in the working world is education. One
of the most important factors in a person's success is their education. It has the power
to change one's life for the better. Education is the process of teaching or obtaining
knowledge, as well as the development of reasoning and decision-making abilities.  It
mentally prepares oneself or another for adulthood. It benefits people's personal lives
as well as their communities. As a result, the value of education in life and society
cannot be underestimated.

In today's world, technology plays a crucial role. Children in today's world are
constantly exposed to technology. Technology may be found in many places,
including homes, companies, and schools. In today's culture, technology has aided us
in many ways, particularly in the areas of education and schools. Virtual field trips,
testing suggestions, instructor resources, class web sites, and lesson plans are just a
few of the ways that technology has benefited students and teachers in the school
system. We have access to many different sources and forms of learning through the
usage of computers in our classrooms. If you think about it, technology and education
have evolved at the same time. And it is still continuously evolving.

There are numerous ways in which technology's techniques, applications, and

tools could potentially assist integrated and inquiry-based learning aimed at engaging
students in thinking, investigating, writing, reading, inventing, researching, and
problem solving, in addition to world exploration. This comes into play when we
consider the idea of technology being used as media, which can be focused on in four
different ways: media for inquiry-includes data modeling, online database access,
online microscopes and observatories, and hypertext's communication media-includes
tutorials, graphic software, synchronized conferencing, simulations, e-mail and word
processing; construction media-includes control systems, robotics and computer aided
design and media for e-commerce-includes.

Despite the numerous beneficial ways in which technology has benefited

education, many educators are concerned that education technology has the potential
to exclude people who do not have easy access to it and, more importantly, those who
do have easy access but are unable to use it. For example, individuals who cannot
afford to have the most up-to-date technology in order to stay up with others who can.
So mostly for those who can’t afford, just tend to proceed doing what we doing
traditional.

In general, the advantages of new technology motivate both teachers and

students since engagement, as well as the delivery of assignments and other required
interactions between professors and students, becomes easier. Even if technology is
crucial, it should be used frequently and, if possible, made a requirement in every
class. When pupils do not have access to computers in class, teachers find it difficult
to program his work on a computer. Regardless of how effective technology is, its
influence on the young and vulnerable population may outweigh its benefits. The
internet, for example, has had a negative impact on young children, with gangs
obtaining information from them and then misusing it. Other effects on young
children include the nature of content on the internet and other technology gadgets,
which may divert children's attention by exposing them to pornographic materials. As
a result, it is necessary to create an age limit or restrict young children's access to the
internet and morally damaging websites.

But, since I believe that technology, like our education is still evolving, I
believe that there will be more positive effects in the future that will benefit the
current generation. However, for every positive effect we receive, there is always a
negative, but isn't that good since there can be no development if everything is perfect
in the first place?
