I, RAMESH KUMAR.K, S/o.Krishnappa B, Aged about 32 years,


Residing at No.506, 2nd Cross, 2nd Main Road, Nagendra Block, Bangalore-560
050, today at Maddur, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows: -

1. I submit that I am the applicant in the above case. I know the facts of
the case and hence I am deposing hereto.

2. I submit that I have filed application under section 457 of Code of


Criminal Procedure for releasing of my Royal Enfield motor cycle
bearing No.KA 05 JB 3476 IN Cr.No.112/2020.

3. I submit that I have received NOC vakalath from previous advocate to


paid full fees in month of April to engage another counsel but due to
the lockdown could not contact the advocate. I further submit that I
have misplaced the NOC vakalath given by previous advocate, as such
this Hon’ble court be pleased allow me to engage new advocate to
proceed the case.

to proceed the above application with new counsel, in the interest of justice and
