General Santos City. Hereby note and consent to the adoption of the following
resolutions: The Mandatory Election of officer instead of 2 nd week of March will be
done in Last week of this month with specific date of 29 th of January 2022
RESOLVED that a cooperative shall be allow Mandatory Election of officer instead of

That the foregoing resolutions have not been altered, modified or revoked and that the
