 HYDRAULIC TORQUE WRENCHES
TRISTAR TS-Series Light Weight and Compact Hydraulic Torque
Wrenches are made up of special alloys (Aluminium-Titanium Alloy)
and designed to exert torque on toughest industrial bolting jobs to
achieve precision tightening or loosening. Tristar Hydraulic Torque
wrenches are capable to achieve the torque upto 50,000 Nos. All
models have accuracy of 3%, all tools are calibrated & certified on
in-house test bench in our facility. There is an engraved torque
charts on the body of the tool. The reaction arm & coupling can be
rotated around 3600, this allows the operator to position the tool
body even in very confined access applications. The tool has
anti-reverse reaction pawl, which ensures the precise torqueing,
and longer life.

The reverse position or loosening can be achieved by removing the

square drive & re-engaging in the other side of one body.

DIRECT HEX TYPE

TRISTAR TH Series direct HEX drive Hydraulic Torque

Wrenches are designed for extreme low spaces where
normal tools cannot reach, TRISTAR tools have much better
accessibility. There are 4 models in TH series upto 45,000NM.
All models have very small nose radius which allows the tool
to be used in connected by a insertion of a single pin. Various
hex- sizes are available in ratchet heads, hex reducers are also
available.

 HYDRAULIC BOLT TENSIONERS 1500 BAR
Hydraulic Stud Bolt Tensioning is method of Bolt-tightening by stretching the bolt with the use of high
pressure hydraulic oil.
The tensioning is done by a hydraulic cylinder which grips the stud and pulls it upward, when the bolt is
stretched at predetermined pressure, the gap is observed between the nut and the component, the nut can
easily rotated with the help of tommy bar. After the nut is rotated the hydraulic pressure is released and the
bolt tightening is complete. The same process is used for quick loosening operation.
