Shogun Method Review
Shogun Method Review
So, the question remains: will I write an impartial and honest Shogun Method review?
Well, full disclaimer then–since I'm a Shogun, I'm bound to write good things about
Shogun Method, right?
Not quite, and I'll tell you why. In fact, if you've read Fredo Hill's review (see this), let
me say that I agree with Fredo 100%. There are simply many reasons why Shogun
Method is not for everyone. One reason is that it's an overkill for most instances. I'll tell
you more about this in a minute.
Shogun Method is an online information product. So, if you buy it, you get to access the
program at ShogunMethod.net. Together with it is a daily email program (aptly called
the Daily Shogun). So you get to learn, say, one technique a day for 100 days.
There are also bonus programs - about ten or so (maybe they have added more... they
always add new things to the package). Some of these are not publicized and you'll
understand why (one's called the Lying B**** - I'll let you imagine what it's about).
Shogun Method has a long, storied history. It is nearing 10 years of publication - which
is a LONG time in this space. You can see why, unlike those pickup artist programs, that
it sticks for so long. Derek Rake who wrote Shogun Method is a greybeard who is the
pioneer of mind control in seduction.
And this brings me back to why Shogun Method is not for everyone. It all boils down to
your intention and goal–what does success mean to you when it comes to women?
Do you want to pick up girls? No, Shogun Method is not for pickup.
Do you want to bang multiple women? I guess you can use Shogun Method to do
that, but it's not built for that purpose.
And please, don't confuse Shogun Method for pickup artist crap. I was duped to sign up
for one of those PUA seminars back in 2007, and I learnt fuck-all from it. I still feel
some shame from that episode. I mean, good luck if you still fall for that RSD or
Mystery Method crap. Pickup Artists are quite lame. But here's the thing... I quite like
Neil Strauss to be honest, but I don't wanna be like him.
I mean, it's fun to approach women and get their numbers, but one day you gotta grow
up, you know what I mean? Pickup lines and tricks don't add anything to a guy's life.
Some say Derek Rake is bullshitting when he claims that Shogun Method is based on
cold, hard science. I don't have a degree in psychology, but come on. We all have
common sense. What Rake teaches inside Shogun Method by and large conforms with
my experience with women.
Now, there is some hyperbole especially when it comes to certain claims ("Enslave her
forever"... come on, man). But if compared to pickup artist shit, Shogun Method is like
the fucking gospel.
Still, I have my other reservations against Shogun Method, one of which is this–
Shogun Method is a magnet for a certain kind of people. It's a lightning rod for women
who hate men. I mean, someone doxxed me and I've been receiving hate mail ("You use
Shogun Method? Fuck you and I hope you burn in hell"). Apparently there are guys who
use Shogun Method to hurt women, and for that, the regular Shoguns had to bear the
brunt of the backlash.
Here's the other thing. There are days when I wished Derek Rake would close the
membership of ShogunMethod.net to new guys. It's hard not to feel selfish, I suppose.
After all, once you get into an exclusive club, you'll want to close the door, right?
Because if EVERYONE knows this shit, then what's the use?
Also, about the Black Rose Sequence. Yes, it's fucking powerful. But no, you can't
immediately use it and see results... it's the grand daddy of all hypnotic sequence and
there's a good reason for it.
Fractionation underscores everything inside Shogun Method, the Black Rose Sequence
included. Few know this, but the Black Rose requires mastery of Fractionation to pull
off. It's also an Enslavement stage technique, which means that you'll need to nail the
prior three stages (Intrigue, Rapport, Attraction). But here's the thing... you may not need
Enslavement in the end (personal experience). I tried that once and guess what... I ended
with a stalker on my tail. She's hot... but no thank you. Hell hath no fury like an
(enslaved) woman scorned.
OK, so to summarize this short Shogun Method review, here are my key points:
Most hate Shogun Method without even knowing what it's about. They've not even read
it... and yet the decided to hate it. Fucking lame.
Now, look.
Don't trust me blindly. Go read Shogun Method. Then come tell me if it's bullshit. I
dare you to.
