Resolution Pta

The GPTA of Aquino Elementary School passed Resolution No. 2019-001 to request assistance from the Governor of Bukidnon, Jose Maria Zubiri, for the implementation of concreting the perimeter fence of the school. This is to improve safety and security by preventing unauthorized access to the school grounds when not in use and keeping out stray animals. The GPTA lacks funds to complete this project on its own. They attached a Program of Work and Bill of Materials estimating the total cost to be 639,740 pesos. The resolution was approved unanimously by the GPTA officials on July 19, 2019.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING JOSE MARIA ZUBIRI,GOVERNOR ,PROVINCE OF


BUKIDNON,THE ASSISTANCE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CONCRETE FENCING
OF THE PERIMETER FENCE OF AQUINO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,SITIO
AQUINO,BARANGAY NINOY AQUINO KALILANGAN BUKIDNON.

WHEREAS, The GPTA officials feel the need of the concreting of the perimeter
fence of Aquino Elementary School for the safety and protection of the school children
and aside from that to deter person from entering the school premises during-non
school days as well as to prevent stray animals from entering the school premises that
may cause destruction of school vegetation and beautification.

WHEREAS, the GPTA officials find it difficult to accomplish this project for lack of
funds, however the GPTA officials is pessimistic that this project will be realized
through the help of generous high-ranking government official Honorable governor
Jose Maria Zubiri. Attached herewith is the copy of Program of work for the reference
and guidance.

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of GPTA officials ,be it.


RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to request honorable Governor Jose
Maria Zubiri ,Provincial Governor in the Province of Bukidnon the assistance for
Concrete Fencing of Aquino Elementary School,Sition Aquino,Ninoy Aquino Kalilangan
Bukidnon.

Approved unanimously this 19th day of July 2019.
