1 summarize
1.1 This BOP mobile Device is a special hydraulic equipment
which designed and made specially for BAOJI PETROLEUM
MACHINE COMPANY LIMTED ,we select those domestic
high quality hydraulic components, auxiliaries, It’s featured by
compact construction , quality reliability, reasonable design
and easy maintenance, more over ,It can meet all the technical standards
of The GB3766-87<<The general technical condition of Hydraulic
systems.
2 structural feature and principle
2.1 the main design feature is that it adopt the double track, the
double suspension and a mobile device, using double horizontal oil
cylinder together lift the BOP to make it rise ，using four motors
to drive the following pulley so as to move ;it adopt a multiple
directional valve which has good jiggle performance to control,
so it can make the unilateral （bilateral） BOP’s ascending and
descending, landing fore-and-aft movement come true For
details ,you can see the figuration drawing , the schematic diagram and
the controlling box diagram

4 erection instructions
4.11 you should be careful to open the packing box after the
hydraulic system arrive the construction site ,and check the
packing list careful to see whether each part of the system can
satisfy the scope of supply in the contract or not ,and also the
spoil phenomena，you can contact the manufacturer if it has
any problem
4.12 after the each part of the system is took out from
the box ,you should make sure that all the
Revealing hydraulic fluid connection have the blanking caps or are
tied up, they must not shed before erection and tubing。In case that it
pollute the hydraulic systems.
4.13 After each part emplaced, please proceed tubing basing the
schematic diagram，the general chart of the hydraulic power unit and
the sub-assembly drawing of each integrated package
4.14 Don't slough and spoil sealing element in the course of erection
joint
4.2 if the distance between the guide rail and the ground is enough,
4.21 you can pull the whole through the rack from the end of
the rack after you fit in the running gear ,and do distinguish between
right and left according to the figuration drawing
4.22 fasten the rubber tube’s pipe clip on: sweet the rubber tube’s
pipe clip on the right rack at good place according to the
drawing
4.23 after collocate the tube right , the pressure oil flow down from
hydraulic pressure station to the removing maneuvering box
of the BOP, so it can control both the remove and fluctuate
4.3 if the distance between the guide rail and the ground is not
enough,
4.31 You can pull the roll part through the rack first, and fix in the
backing pin
4.32 fasten the rubber tube’s pipe clip on: sweet the rubber tube’s pipe
clip on the right rack at good place according to the drawing
4.33 drawn up when the bedplate rise, to about 1m high, then
append the main body and connect the pipe ,at last ,rise them
to the requested altitude with the bedplate
5 debugging instructions
5.1 when the BOP ’s mobile device fixed ,check whether each
part is in the right position according to the schematic
diagram and the figuration drawing ,and also the pipe, you must
dispose it immediately if has any problem.
5.2 take off either from the two-sets of oil tube which connect
the motor in the maneuvering box(from the joint ),and blank
off both sides which just knocked down with homemade
joint，manipulate separately each rein of the multiple directional
valve to two operation potential, then regulate the regulating
handle of the overflow cock to increase voltage step by step,
according to 2 MPa,6 MPa,8 MPa,10 MPa…16 MPa, per level
increase 2MPa,and each level dwelling 1 min, and check whether
it has any problem ,if no problem ,tune back to
0MPa.then make pressure test to 8 operation potential of the
multiple directional valve with the same method, tune the
pressure to 16MPa after that get through ,in addition, the we
needn’t install the oil cylinder’ cylinder end when testing
(inside the production department)
5.3 operate respectively multiple directional valve as idling,
each movement need be exact, if has any abnormal circumstance
,you must dispose immediately
6 operation and using
6.1 you must check that whether the components and The
auxiliaries’ control hand wheel is at the right position,
check that whether the fat liquor （inside the pumping station ） is
in the indication range of the liquid level meter ,and see
whether each conduit joint，fastening screw become flexible .,if
they are normal ,you can place in service
6.2 as the hydraulic pressure station’s flow is oversize，you can’t
move maneuvering box’s rein on to the least significant digit ，
you must shuffle slowly
6.3if you shuffle two upward-downward rein at the same
time, the BOP will be upward-downward, if it appear that the
right side isn’t as high as the left side, you can control the hatch
size of the respondent selector valve to regulate height :
you can make high gab wane or low gab largen , in
addition ,you can stop the upward-downward
movement ,control one rein only to regulate height
6.4if you shuffle the two shuttling rein at the same time ,we
can make the BOP shuttle，But the distance between back and
force can’t be oversize in the course of the removing oversize, you
also must check the fore-and-after coupling hose of the right-and-left
running gear . Make sure that the soft tube can't be pulled and broken,
moving a hand handle alone can carry out moving in front and back to the
homologous part.
6.5 you must inspect the pumping station’s electric machine
and oil pump at any moment in the course of the using
to see whether they temperature increase , observe the system’s
working pressure, and inspect whether each tie become flexible，
in order not to occur exceptional accident .
6.6 in the course of the using of BOP, not only do
you record the service condition ,you must also record
the replacing instance of the fat liquor ,the components and
 auxiliaries ,in addition ,you must record to the instance of
fault handling in order to repair and maintain or make
fault analysis for later day
7 repair and maintenance
7.1 you should add some oil regularly ,and prepare
vulnerable parts and components at other times so as to
handle those accidents in time
