A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTING NELMAR DAVE E. RETARDO AS BOOKKEEPER OF


BARANGAY 905, ZONE 100.

WHEREAS, that as elected Barangay officials of Barangay 905, bound to uphold


the Constitution and its Laws for the general welfare of inhabitants,
WHEREAS, that upon the observation of the Council, Mr. NELMAR DAVE E.
RETARDO passes all the requirements required to become the
BARANGAY BOOKKEPPER.
WHEREAS, that Mr. NELMAR DAVE E. RETARDO required filling out the
continued delivery of Basic Services in the recording and
maintaining of all barangay financial transactions for the continuity
of public service.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the approval of NELMAR DAVE
E. RETARDO as BOOKKEEPER of Barangay 905, Zone 100 to exercise duties and
responsibilities attached to his position.
