SAPID advised the Contractor to scan the closed RFIs for uploading in the
EPM system once activated.
CCCC has started the scanning for closed RFIs as instructed, and 21,700
RFIs are already scanned. PID emphasized to clear scanning back log In Progress

PID informed that RFIs can be initiated in EPM now.

PID instructed CCCC to start uploading previous Hard Copy RFIs to EPM.

PID instructed CCCC to upload all Quality Submittals previously reviewed
on hard copy to EPM.
1.3 CCCC 25-Jul-21 On Going Action 
CCCC is already uploading the documents in EPM.
CCCC informed that Mr. Tahir Munir Shad, QA Manager, is on scheduled
vacation till 24th Aug 2021 as notified earlier and Mr. Shabbar Abbas, QC
Manager, is covering for him.

1.4 Mr. Tahir Munir could not get back on scheduled date of return due to CCCC 25-Jul-21 Closed 
family issues. He shall come back on 13th Sep 2021. His ticket is shared
with ID.

Mr. Tahir Munir joined duty on 14th of Sep 2021.

PID advised that sequence of work shall be such that grounding works are

PID required that all test reports from 3rd party testing agencies shall be

without waiting for ACD.
