Virtual Shs Faculty Meeting Script

The virtual faculty meeting began with an opening prayer led by Ms. Everlyn C. Villacorta. Attendance was taken by Mam Charmaine S. Tumangan. The meeting minutes would be recorded by Mam Riza R. Santos. The principal, Mam Lorenia R. Sales, gave the opening remarks welcoming everyone. Sir GP then formally started the meeting proper by providing important information to equip teachers for continuing instruction delivery despite adversities. Teachers were encouraged to ask questions. The meeting concluded with thanks to everyone for their time and commitment to student learning.

A PLEASANT AND BLESSED DAY TO EACH AND EVERYONE, SPECIALLY TO OUR DYNAMIC PRINCIPAL
MAM LORENIA R. SALES, TO OUR VERY COMPETENT ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL IN SHS DEPARTMENT SIR
GEOSSIPPI S. LAYMAN, OUR CONSCIENTIOUS TEACHER-IN CHARGE FOR SHS DR. SOFIA TUMAMBING,
DEAR GRADE LEVEL COORDINATORS, SHS TEACHING FORCE, ONCE AGAIN… GOOD DAY.

Welcome to our first faculty meeting and I am glad to see all of you, I know that all of us are quite
busy but I thank you in advanced for giving the time and effort just to be here today.
We are all gathered virtually today to talk about the things concerning our beloved department.

So to formally start our meeting, let us have Ms. Everlyn C. Villacorta, our curriculum chairperson
for SHS to lead the prayer.
Thank you Mam Eve for that soul satisfying prayer.

And now may we have Mam Charmaine S. Tumangan, our Work Immersion Program Coordinator for
the checking of attendance.

To document and record the minutes of meeting of today’s agenda, we have Mam Riza R. Santos

To give us an opening remarks, my dear colleagues , it is my honor to call on our very effective and
high spirited principal, Mam Lorenia R. Sales (Let us give her warm virtual applause)

Thank you po Mam Sales for that welcome remarks, your message is really a way to start this meeting
with those welcoming words and affirmation for all of us. (Pwede ka magcite ng statement na
tumatak sayo na sinabi nya)

This day is really important for all of us, for we will know the things and information that we ought
to know specially the things that concerns our learners and other matters

And now let us have our very passionate Assistant Principal to formally start our meeting proper.

Thank you so much Sir GP for those information that you have shown us, we are all equipped now
with the information needed for the continuity of the delivery of instruction. Thank you so much sir
for giving us the views we need to see so we can serve our school and most importantly our
learners better despite the adversities we encounter at this time.

For some questions, clarifications and other concerns, please feel free to talk about the matter so
we can make necessary actions if it needs urgency, needs to be taken time or anything, please feel
free po to share, we have our supportive administrators who are here with us today.

Since things have been set and concerns have been relayed, thank you so much dear SHS teachers
once again for your time and God bless. Let us continue to be pillars and advocates of learning.
