Respect: respect for others privacy or ideas

Settings. (Office/Company)
Scenario 1: A person trying to impress his boss by
presenting the work that he accomplished before
the deadline. The boss is listening to him and
begin to check his work when suddenly another
person interrupting the situation and disrespect
the idea of the person who came in first.
Scenes/: (In an office setting arrangement).
Person 1: Hi, sir. Good morning, po. Can I talk
to you for a minute po.?
Boss: Yes, (name) good morning. What is it?
Person 1: (set beside the boss) Sir, about the
project that you assign us to do, I already
finish it and I want you to check if that was Ok
na po.
Boss: ohh! really? So fast ha? I did not expect
na ikaw ang unang nakatapos ng ipinagawa ko. I
thought matatagalan pa.
Person 1:(happy face) hmm. I did lang sir, my
job. I don’t want to fail you, that’s why po.
And sir,
Boss: hmmm Okey. Let me check (looking into the
paper) wow! Impressive. Ito talaga ang gusto ko.
The idea and the design is quite amazing. How
did you…(the conversation stop and person 2
enter)
Person 2: sir, (name) my idea is better than
his. Believe me sir. His idea is trash and no
use at all. (person 1 is unhappy)
Boss:(Person 2 name) what are you talking about?
Why are you interrupting us? Did I ask your
opinion? Nag uusap kami, bakit ka basta lang
sumusugod? Wala ka bang respito? Well, I don’t
want your idea or whatever you have, go back to
your place and have some respect.
(Person 2 look uncomfortable and shook)
Person 2: Sorry sir… (leave the place)
Boss: sorry for that (person 1) don’t worry I’ll
a talk to him later. We talk again about this
and execute this. For now, just take a break
(look unhappy and irritated).
Person 1: Thank You sir.
(scene End here)
 Love: Love for your work/company

Settings:(Office/company)
Scenario 2: In the office. There are two
employees who compete for highest position and
their boss give them a test. The boss wants to
know how much they love the company and their
work before promoting them. So, the boss set up
a situation wherein this two must come to work
early to attend meetings. They need to do this
for two consecutive weeks. Person 1 is living
near the company and the other person live far
from the place. The boss knows this but to
determined who really loves their work he must
do this.

Scenes: (Office Set-up, Office background)

(talk to the employees)
Boss: If one of you completed this task, I will
give the highest position immediately to you. I
won’t tell you when or what… there’s more client
tomorrow so wait for my call.
Person 1/2: Yes sir.
(On that Day, boss call the two on the phone)
Boss: Hey guys, Tomorrow morning 7am there’s a
client coming to us. I want either of you to
have a business meeting with him. So please,
don’t be late.
(stop the Call)
(Person 1 is confident that he won’t be late
because his house is near and person 2 is
worried because his too far, he is worried cause
he might be late because of the traffic but he
is determined to come early. Person 1 is always
late even though his not far but his always has
a reason why he is late.
(House set-up)-(Evening)
Person 1: hmm! I’m sure that I’ll be the first
one to meet the client tomorrow because I live
nearby. (Name of person 2) cannot come early
because tomorrow is the motorcade rally of BBM
and I’m sure there’s too much traffic from
Talisay to Bacolod, haha.
(Later that night, He play through his phone and
chat with friends. He don’t even care that he
must show up at work early tomorrow.)

Person 2: hays. Bukas na pala motorcade ni BBM.

I’m sure traffic naman ang daan tomorrow. I
don’t want to be late. We have client na i-meet
up and I need to be there before 7am. Sayang
kung hindi ko maabutan siya.malaking tulong
nayun sa company namin. Para hindi ako ma late,
I need to sleep early para maaga ako bukas.
(Same night, person 2 sleep early and turn-off
his phone. Wala silang alam na ito na pala ang
test ng kanilang boss para sakanila.)
(At the Office)-(morning)
(Person 2 and client meet at the office)
(person 2 and client shake hands)
Client: Thank You Ms.(name) for coming early.
Person 2: You always welcome, Ms.(client). Just
doing my job.
(Person 2 is the first to come early and he
conduct a meeting with the client. The client
loves the presentation and promise to do
business with the company. On the other hand,
person 1 is late and he fails on the first test.
After two weeks finally the boss gave his
decision.

(at the office)(boss talk to them)

Boss: Hi guys, Good morning. how are You?.
Both 1/2: Hi sir, Good morning po..
Boss: Okey, I called you here because I want you
to know that I already made the decision. Just
understand that whatever decision I made here is
based on what I observe and also from the
performance you do. I did this to know if you
really love Your work. Sadly, it seems that one
of you did not meet that expectation. The person
who is fit for the position and I think he love
his work more than himself is (name)
congratulations.
(The two look at each other)
Person 2: Thank You sir. (happy)
(Showing emotion and person 1 congratulate him.)
Person 1: Congrats! (name) alam ko deserve mo
yan.
Boss: You welcome, (name) You deserve this
position. I know from the start that you really
love your work, that you work hard for this
position. Your attitude defined who you are,
that’s why I need someone like you in my
company. To you (person 1) this will serve as a
lesson for you. If you really love Your work.
Waking up early is not a problem.

 Loyalty: loyalty to your company/work

Settings: Office/company
Scenario 3: The company has its finest manager.
His contract will end the following month and
the company wants to renew him but the manager
decision to this is still undecided. They said
that the manager is the asset of the company
because he is so good at his work and have so
many awards. His value means so much for the
company that they are afraid of losing him. The
people that under his supervision loves him so
much that if the company loses him the part of
that company will lose also. One day, a lot of
companies wants to hire him and offered him a
big amount of money including benefits that
favored for him.
Scene: office background.
(An agent from the other company come in)
Agent 1: (convincing the manager) Hi sir, Good
morning. I’m (name) from the SNB corporation.
We’ve heard that your contract here will end
next month and we would like to invite you to be
part of our team sir. We are offering you a good
salaries and benefits as well sir, there’s a
good position waiting for you.
Manager: Hello, good Morning. Thank You for your
offer but I’m still undecided until now. Mahirap
kasi mag decide dahil hindi pa tapus kontrata
ko, balik ka nalang next month.
(After few days, another agent came)

Agent 2: Hi sir, good afternoon po. I am (name)

from Jowable Food Corporation po, I’m very sorry
for using your time sir. We heard you are so
good in this industry that’s why I’m here to
invite you to join our team as soon as your
contract end. We have now the open position and
we are hoping that you grab this opportunity.
The company will offer you a house and lot plus
good salary and benefits. You can also select
your own time when you start with us.
Manager: Goodafternoon, Ms(name)that was a good
offer. I see that you’re trying so hard to
convince me but sad to say this I’m still
undecided. Balik ka nalang sa susunod na araw o
hindi kaya ako na ang tatawag sa HR niyo kapag
may desisyon na ako na regarding dun. Salamat.
Agent 2: hmm Okey sir, no Problem po. I’ll go
ahead.
(After work, the President/CEO of NCC talk to
the manager).
President:(enter the place) hmmm (manager) Can I
talk to you for a minute. Meron lang ako gustong
sabihin.
Manager: ohh sir, good evening po. Kayo hu pala.
Anu po yun sir.

President: hmmm goodevening. Lately napansin ko

ang dami na mga agent from the other company na
gusto ang serbisyo mo. Well, we cannot deny na
ang galling mo when it comes to managing,
planning at iba pah. Talagang masasabi ko na
mahalaga ka for my company. We don’t want you to
leave us because you already part of this
company. Your people love you here but I don’t
want also to decide for yourself. At the end its
your decision.
Manager: Well sir, regarding to that. I already
made my decision. I decided that I will continue
contract and continue what I have started here.
From the first place this company is already my
home, and being here I think Is the best
experience of my life. I already made a call for
those agents. I told them that I will stay here.
President: ohh really? that’s good news
(name)..dahil dyan sagot ko na ang kanin at asin
na ulam mo bukas. Maraming salamat talaga (name)
sa pagiging Loyal mo sa kompanya.
