Sir:

May I have the honor to apply for a Teacher I position in your division, preferably at Iligan City
National High School or to any of the schools in the division.

I am Ms. APRIL MAE A. ZALSOS, single, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in


Filipino at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology school year 2015-2016,I
also completed 18 units of Professional Education Subjects at St. Peter's College.. I passed the
Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) at Cagayan de Oro last March 2018 garnered an
average rating of 75.60%.

I've been teaching in a private school for two years, first at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Academy
in 2017-2018 and then at Corpus Christi Parochial School of Iligan Inc. in 2018-2019. During
my time as a teacher at the aforementioned school, I was responsible for students in grades 4, 5,
7, 8, 9, and 11.
I believe that my instructional abilities acquired from my formal education, combined with years
of teaching experience both in college and secondary level and trainings, suit the requirements
for a teacher post in the HUMMS 1-D strand of the Senior High School curriculum.

Attached herewith are the pertinent documents for perusal and evaluation.
