General Experiences
During vacation and 5year stay in the university I had been participating in voluntary community
services as both organizer and participant including teaching students at preparatory and high
school level and teaching students in the university some major course and AutoCAD software
respectivly. By doing these I have received certificate awards and certain recommendation letters
from Aweday administration at different times and from Civil Engineering department, from
college of engineering and from Ethiopian Civil engineering association.

Moreover recently I have able to establish Aweday town students union on July 24, 2018 as an
organizer and this union started giving tutorial class for students from Elementary to preparatory
school (from grade 7-12).
The main goal of this union is to build capacity of students and creating public awareness about
education to reduce illiteracy rate if impossible to eliminate in our town particularly and in our
country in general. These makes me build social relations among different individuals and
organs, and I have built an experience in social service that I assume I would miss a lots of
chances had it not been involved in these tasks that transformed me from being served to serving
the community which on the other hand built my sense of belongingness and holding social
responsibility in different way of life.
Having this, I expect I can perform my duties in relation with my educational and professional
background and I will do my best to be professional entrepreneur.
