PROJECT#1:

Project Name : CMDB DataEnrichment


Duration : March 2019 TO Till Date
Environment : Oracle 11g, SQL and PL/SQL.

About project:
 Omnicare is the largest health care organization in US providing end to end health
care services which include insurance, research, clinical task and pharmacticals.
 Omnicare has invitedto participate in the CMDB Data Enrichment program.
Specifically, it would be involved in activities for identifying Business Processes and
mapping them to Applications, Detailed Analysis of Source and Target database and
Data Enrichment. Data is required to be consolidated and migrated from 22 data
sources to the target Service Centre database. It is involved in analysis of 12 databases
(IRMA, IBAL, INFRA SC, IFSA, ARS, Applix, Web Portal, Chain DB, ECCC,
BCDR, WMP, ARIS). It is responsible for identifying Business Processes, consolidate
the date, and correct the data and mapping them to Application.
Roles and responsibilities:

 Analyzing the data from the different sources and identifying the architectural gap in
the tables, views and other database objects (like packages, procedures).
 Getting the correct data from different sources and make the consolidate data which
will be mapped with the user application.
 Creation the migration scripts which will have all the correct data from the different
sources and will be moving to the target database.
 Working directly with the users to get the missing information.
 Performance impact analysis for the respective data sources.
 Testing the consolidated date via the application
 Making the migrations scripts and test cases scripts.
