I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards The learner demonstrates understanding of lifestyle and weight management to promote community fitness.

ACTIVITY 1:
B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson -Play the video/song “Piliin mo ang Pilipinas”
-Let the students listen and analyze the song
-Ask the students the following questions:
1. What can you say about the video?
2. What was the song all about?
3. Where do you usually hear this song?
-Show the data of foreign tourists visited the Philippines in the 1st quarter of 2019 according to the Department of Tourism
ACTIVITY 2:
C. Presenting examples/instances of the Present a picture of the different Festivals in the Philippines and let the students name the Festivals being shown through arranging the JUMBLED letters:

-Divide the group into THREE.
-Each group will be assigned to discuss one Philippine Festival
-Let the students read and discuss among themselves the Festival that is being assigned to them.
-Play a video then let the students observe each video to determine what festival is being presented.
-The group who will identify the video that is being presented will shout “Viva” and they will be the one to give information about the corresponding festivals they
are assigned to in front of the class.

E. Developing mastery Prepare a Mask with Flaglets or Banderitas. Inside these Banderitas are questions. They will pass it to their classmates while the music is playing. When the music
