HOW TO MAKE ECO-ENZYME

MATERIALS:

Brown sugar, 100 grams

Fruit peelings, 200 grams slice into small pieces

Water, 1 liter

Pail or basin

Container (mineral water container)

PROCEDURE:

1. In a basin, dissolve the brown sugar in water.

2. Add the fruit peelings and mix.

3. Transfer the mixture to a container the volume of which must be twice the total volume of the
mixture.
Label (fruit and date). Cover but not too tightly.

4. Open once every day for 1 week to release the pressure.

5. After 1 week, open once a week until harvest time (after 3 months).

6. Filter and place in desired containers (glass or plastic).
