I have managed as many as 15 to 40 employees during peak seasons,
and provided all phases of system design, consulting and construction.
Additionally I was responsible for generating key accounts with major system pro
viders to include: Daniels & Associates Group W. Communications, Cox Cable Commu
nications, Falcon Communication, in addition to several others.

ite systems and have performed a broad scope of installations, consulting and te

Responsible for the Introduction of new products, securing sales, service and ma
intenance agreements.
I have worked closely with various manufacturers, City and State agencies provid
ing feedback and recommendations concerning design and system integration.
Presently this company is involved in SMATV, VSAT, Commercial and residential sy

Promoted quickly within the company from Construction and Special Projects to Fi
eld Engineering Design to Engineering Chief.
Managed a staff of five.
Forecasted annual budgeting for anticipated expenditures relative to the cable t
elevision operation.
Planned and detailed phases of construction projects with builders, utility comp
anies and construction crews.
Ultimately was responsible for resolution of any customer service issues or comp
laints.
1974-1975
SELF-EMPLOYED
Commercial diver in Santa Barbara - Left Santa Barbara Cable TV to work diving f
or abalone commercially in Santa Barbara Channel Islands Built and worked my own
boat and spent one year at this occupation.
1975-SYSTEM SERVICES CABLE CONSTRUCTION
Founded my own Cable television Construction Company
Started by post-wiring and pre-wiring apartments and residential areas around Sa
nta Barbara" Secured a contract with Cox Cable to work on a contract basis, doin
g all phases of their construction. The company evolved to be a full line CATV c
ontract operation, employing between 15-40 people relative to contracts being fu
lfilled. We provided all phases of system design and construction, working with
major system operators as Daniels & Associates, Group W Communications, Cox Cabl
e Communications,Falcon Communications, among many others. Incorporating in 1983
, I now am the major stockholder, and President of the Company.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:


1961-1962 DEFENSE COMMUNICATIONS
I was a Lineman apprentice and worked in Oregon under supervision, being trained
in aerial line construction, pole climbing, placement, and general safety pract
ices.
1962-1963 DOUGLAS OIL COMPANY
I was employed as a service station attendant, duties were night-shift manager,
responsible for inventory, pump readings, and customers.
1963-1964 SANTA BARBARA CITY WATER DEPT.
I worked with crews placing new and repaired facilities for consumer use.
1964-1974 SANTA BARBARA CABLE TV
I began as a installer placing service drops to private residences, after one ye
ar was moved into construction and special projects, where we were involved in
all phases of aerial and underground installations of Cable TV facilities. I wor
ked with trenchers, line trucks, and all forms of aerial construction equipment.
I was moved on further to a maintenance technician, responsible for line adjust
ments, and resolving consumer complaints, length of position, approximately two
years. In 1968 I went into the Engineering Department where I was involved as a
field engineer, designing Cable TV facilities for private homes, subdivisions, a
partments, etc. In 1969 I was promoted to Engineering Supervisor and was respons
ible for a staff of five people in this department. Duties included all phases
of Santa Barbara CATV operations, co-ordination with builders, utilities, constr
uction crews, and budgeting for anticipated expenditures relative to the overall
CATV outside plant operations.
