CC TO BTC Method (Updated October 2021)

While trying to buy cryptocurrencies on exchanges you will need to bypass such
security measures:

1. Successfully pass KYC verification

Exchange should support simple docs upload, without live verification.

2. Correct carding setup and IP

It’s necessary to use IP from cardholders country.

3. Exchange should support payments without 3DSecure code

The only way to get 3DSecure code for now is to use cards with live access to
holders mobile phone, when code is directly transferred to you. They are much
more expensive.

4. Successfully pass Online check of cardholders name for banks from USA/UK/EU

Cardholders name should match credentials that were used for account
verification, otherwise transaction won’t go through.

It’s easier to use CC from countries that do not support data exchange due to
internal privacy policy laws or governmental policy of non-cooperation.

Cards from a number of post Soviet Union and Asian countries will work well for
this method, if they meet requirements mentioned above.

I use Russian CC and IDs for verification and they work best for now.

Russian Carding is 100% safe if you live outside Russia or Belarus, because
Russian cops NEVER cooperate with Interpol or FBI.

1. Cryptoexchange account verification

Major exchanges like Coinbase or Coinmama have strict anti-fraud policy and
complicated verification, that’s why it’s a good idea to use not so popular
exchnages, that allow simple upload of scans via ordinary browser.

For this method I use exchanges that allow simple docs upload via browser and
require ID scan + Proof of Address + Selfie with ID.

At this stage, while creating and verifying account, you can use VPN from any
country.

BitChange asked for code from email only once, when I created account. Aircrypto
asked to confirm email address during withdraw.

After creating account, to verify account you need to fill out the form and
upload files, it might take some time to complete verification – managers check
all data manually.

Once account is verified It’s almost 100% chance that cash-out go well, if you
use Russian IP and working Russian Non-VBV CC.

There is no need to age the account so it’s possible to top-up account balance
right after verification.

2. Setup of Russian IP in browser & cookies cleaning

Once account was verified, you need to change your IP for Russian to checkout
the CC.

It’s possible to use IP from any Russian city, it doesn’t matter, because
exchange can’t check any cardholders data. VPN services with Russian IPs in most
should cases fine, unless they were already blacklisted for carding by payment
processor. Sites to buy Socks5 – luxsocks, vip72, proxy6.net etc.
I can recommend to use Sphere Browser for carding, because it allows to create
different identity profiles and changes all PC fingerprints – it’s easy to
manage several accounts at once, without deleting cookies, change timezone etc.

Another option is to use ordinary browser, like Chrome or Firefox with profiles
for each account, combining with Proxifier app.
All process can be done on a mobile phone, there is no difference – all you need
is Russian IP. Just remember about cleaning cookies and browser fingerprints
when creating several account from one device.

3. Prepare Russian Non-VBV CC

Only Non-VBV CC should be used for this method!

Otherwise, you will be redirected for a 3-D Secure page where it will ask for
One-Time Password. From my experience, best success ratio was with Visa cards
from Russian Sberbank, VTB Bank, Tinkoff Bank, Raiffeisenbank.

Russian Cards from Non-VBV cards listing will also work well, BIN’s that you get
can be used for direct search further. You can also search for the BIN’s from
the list in any other shops that have Russian CC.

4. CC Checkout

During checkout it’s necessary to use name from documents that were used to
verify account.

First transaction - $150-200

Second transaction - $250-300

Third transaction - $450-500

Some general advises (you can test other options and find one that works the
best for you):

Time between transactions: 10-15 minutes.

Transaction amount should be lowered if you get insufficient funds error.

After second transaction buy BTC on exchange and withdraw them to your wallet.
Once BTC was send to your wallet it’s impossible to cancel the transaction.

Repeat deposits until CC is starting to get declined – it can be due to

insufficient funds or it was blocked by bank.

General rule: 1 Russian ID pack – 2 accounts on both exchanges – 2 Russian Non-

VBV CC (1 account – 1 card).

You can try to use the same card on other exchange, but if it has fraud status
in bank it will burn the account. Process is almost identical on both exchanges.

Below I shared one history of transactions on one of my account on BitChange

where you can check deposit amount and transactions timing.
On average it’s possible to cashout $800-1000 from 1 account, though it depends
on many factors – CC balance, how actively it is used by owner and how soon
owner notices unauthorized transactions and blocks a card.

It’s always a good idea to use Tor Browser while buying CC & Socks5 for
security.
