1. INTRODUCTION
This document presents the details of the Equipment used for conducting Environment test and
EMI/EMC test, Test procedure conducted during test and Test results of the Environment test
conducted on the ADS-B Receiver and EMI/EMC test conducted on the ADS-B RECEIVER.
1.1 Purpose
The Purpose of the document is to present the Test result of the UUT which shows how the UUT
This document shows the option to tabulate acquired data during the test.
1.2 Scope
The scope of the test is to conduct the tests on the UUT for the Random Vibration, Thermal cy-
cling, EMI/EMC. The hardware and software requirements for this system are:
Dual Redundant ADS-B Receiver.
Application Software
SMA to SMA Cable
ADS-B Antenna

1.5 Overview
The next chapter gives a brief explanation about the UUT and its purpose. It describes the system
back ground information of individual tests how these tests are performed.
2. UUT DESCRIPTION
DUAL REDUNDANT ADS-B RECEIVER is the Unit under test for Vibration test, Thermal cy-
cling test and for EMI/EMC test.
3. ESS REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Random Vibration Test
EMI/EMC Test
For EMI/EMC, MIL-STD-461F tests should be followed
3.3.1 Test Specifications
S.No Test Name Acceptance Test Conditions
1 Conducted Emission CE 102-Conducted Emissions, power leads, 10Khz to 10Mhz
4.3 EMI/EMC
5. RESULTS
5.1 Random Vibration: PREET
5.1.1 Objective
a. UUT was mounted on the slip table for X & Y axis and on armature table for Z-axis.
b. Power ON the UUT, make sure UUT is connected to Host system through Ethernet.
c. Start ADS-B Receiver application
d. The readings have to be taken before the Vibration test conducted on DUAL REDUN-
DANT ADS-B RECEIVER and the track information has to be filled in the below table.
e. Shutdown the application and UUT also.
f. Conduct vibration sequence as per 3.1.1.
