The Admissions Office is pleased to announce that you have been admitted to the Program BIEF - BSc in
International Economics and Finance (in English) for the academic year 2022-2023.
Please note that every program in Economics and/or Management has a standard duration of 3 academic years .
Only the program in Law has a standard duration of 5 academic years.
You can include an educational internship (curricular) in your study plan as alternative to an elective course .
If you have been awarded with a scholarship, you will read the details here below.
We are pleased to inform you that you have been awarded a 2022-2023 Bocconi Merit Award. Soon you will
receive an email with the link of the online procedure you have to complete in order to accept the award. Should
you like to accept our offer and decide to enroll to the BSc Program with the award, please make sure you follow
the procedure indicated in the email by the Fees, Funding and Housing Office.
NEXT STEPS
To confirm your place, by 4/8/2022 3:00 PM (Italian time) , you have to:
- pay the first installment-advance payment (1590,00 euros). In order to make the payment, please access the
enrollment application section and follow the instructions therein;
- complete and submit the enrollment application by clicking on "Submit data" and "Submit application".
OFFER CONDIJIONS
This is a conditional offer subject to meeting the following Bocconi entry requirements:
• You are required to fulfil the English language requirement for your program of admission by 9 May 2022.
Please check the website for the complete list of accepted English certificates or diplomas. Certificates or
diplomas not listed or with a different score will not be accepted . In case you will not be able to fulfil the
English requirement by the set deadline, your enrollment will be canceled.
• You are required to be awarded with your final secondary school diploma by the end of July 2022 (end of
August 2022 for British qualifications) and upload it on MyApplication with a translation in English or Italian, if
required .
Please note that the evaluation of foreign qualifications presented for enrollment to Italian higher education
courses of study is under exclusive jurisdiction of higher education institutions, as established by Art . 2 of Law
148/2002. For this reason , any documentation produced by Italian diplomatic Missions or other Authorities
does not affect the autonomous evaluation decisions of Bocconi University regarding foreign qualifications for
admission and enrollment to courses .
• You are required to provide a valid Declaration of Value (DoV) for your final diploma. The Dov is an official
document (written in Italian) that confirms the validity of your diploma and issued by the competent Italian
Authorities (Embassy/Consulate /Italian Cultural Institute) in the country to which the educational system of the
school refers.
We strongly recommend to verify the timing of the DoV process with the Italian Authorit ies and upload the
Declaration of Value as soon as available.
• You are required to provide a visa issued for study purposes (type D) to finalize your enrollment. Please
notice that no other types of visa wlll be accepted. The admissions procedures you will follow to enroll in
Bocconi University do not substitute the immigration procedures required by Italian law. Therefore, it is your
responsibility to complete the procedure on the platform UNIVERSITALY and submit the pre-enrollment
application. The decision on the issue of a visa for study purposes is under exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian
diplomatic/consular Mission. Documentation produced by Bocconi is to be considered a support for the
evaluation procedures of the diplomatic Missions and does not automatically imply the issue of the visa.
In addition, once in Italy with a valid study visa, you will have 8 working days to apply for a permit of stay.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
• Please note that your place at Bocconi University will be confirmed once you will have paid the first
installment-advance payment and completed your enrollment through My Application ;
• You must satisfy the conditions listed above by the set deadlines in order to meet the terms of the contract.
Failure to satisfy even one condition by the set deadlines will entail revocation of admission and, as a result,
cancellation of the enrollment. In case of cancellation of enrollment, the first installment-advance payment will
not be reimbursed by Bocconi University due to the breach of contract attributable to the student.
Once you have submitted the enrollment application, you will be able to print out a Confirmation Letter with useful
information about approximate total living costs in Milan.
Starting from July 2022, you will also be able to enter your yoU@B Student Agenda, using your My Application
credentials. The yoU@B Agenda is a service offered to all Bocconi students that allows you to organize your diary,
receive information from various University services, keep personal address books, keep notes, check class
timetables, dates, times and rooms for both exams and graduations sessions and so on.
Lastly, please print, sign for acceptance and upload this document on the enrollment application in the section
"Admission result undersigned".
