I. Introduction.

This paper will provide a high-level overview of team dynamics, continuous professional development,
and its significance in professional development practice. Goals and responsibilities in teamwork to
accomplish them are also examined. Furthermore, with this report, I am developing a responsible growth
plan, a performance objective, and the necessary skills, information, and learning for my own future. Last
but not least, I will build my SWOT table in order to more efficiently enhance and develop the strategy.

II. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM DYNAMICS IN THE SUCCESS AND/OR


FAILURE OF GROUP WORK(P5)
1. Definition of team dynamics
Team dynamics is a set of actions and psychological processes that take place inside a team. The
dynamics of a group or team determine how productive your team will be in terms of job
performance and the generation of new ideas. As a result, it has an impact on the entire project
outcome. (Kulakov, 2021)

2. The importance of team dynamics in the success and or failure of group work
The behavioral interactions between members of a group are described by team dynamics.
Their dynamic involves how they engage, communicate, and collaborate with one another. What
your team is capable of doing is closely related to how well it can do these tasks. There are
numerous fundamental competencies that should be highlighted:

• The Impact of Alphas: Some team members will always be more forceful than others,
whilst others may be more quiet. As a result, the alpha members make the majority of
the proposals, promote their solutions, and are less interested in hearing ideas from
others. It also leads to less aggressive team members keeping their ideas to themselves
and being less ready to criticize the alpha members' not-so-great ideas. (Milano, 2021)
• The Impact of Functional Differences: As a team leader, you must meet with your team
members outside of group sessions, according to function. Once you've visited with
everyone, you'll need to go over each department's involvement in the project, such that
IT, marketing, and HR all have an impact on the sales department, for example. You
may also have breakout sessions with one department that is causing excess work for
another, or you can bring the two departments together to find solutions. (Milano, 2021)
• Building Your Teams: When forming project management teams, it is critical to
examine not just the technical abilities of your team members, but also their personality
qualities. Using this knowledge, you may choose a better combination of personality
types that will compliment one another. (Milano, 2021)

III. WORK WITHIN A TEAM TO ACHIVE A DEFINED GOAL (P6)
1. Introduction of my group work
In February, the author's team including Bui Quang Dung, Truong Dan Truong, Dinh Xuan
Truong, Nguyen Tu Hai, Do Le Duy conducted a training session. Specifically, the attendees are
students from Greenwich University . The team’s goal is to help students understand the overview
of the subject that they have to choose in the future. The team took the name "Business soft skills
training”." for that project. It being divided into three main topics: Soft skill, management and
organization skill, teamwork skill in business. The team plannedthe event two weeks in advance
and raised about $3423.76 for the project. The event went on flawlessly for five days without any
problem
2. My role in the group work
• Initiator/Contributor: Original ideas or novel approaches to group issues or goals are proposed.
This position sparks debates and leads groups into new areas of investigation. Provide
instructions to fix issues.

• Information Seeker: Request that remarks be clarified in terms of their factual adequacy. Seeks
professional advice or facts about the situation. Determines what information is lacking and
must be obtained before proceeding. Learn about the support teams, lecturers, and coaches.

• Designer: Make images, text about the information required by the speakers in a smooth and
accurate way.
3. Result of group work
The most time-consuming activity is planning and assessing jobs for each individual. However, the
information search, discussion, and consensus decision-making were all completed promptly and
competently. In five days, we finished the job of designing a training event plan for the students
with the most precise, detailed, and realistic reality. Furthermore, the proportion of persons who
have mastered skills and can manage daily activities or events has grown substantially. That rate is
predicted to be 12% higher than planned.
IV. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF CPD AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO OWN LEARNING
(P7)
1. Definition of CPD
CPD: stands for Continuing Professional Development. It refers to the practice of monitoring and
documenting the skills, information, and experience that you learn while you work, both formally
and informally, in addition to any initial training. (Johnston, 2019)

2. Why CPD importance?


A CPD is more than just having a qualification. It incorporates many forms of learning, including
as mentorship and work shadowing, that indicate progress and improvement. The main takeaway
from this is that you can offer proof of a learning event and what the learning outcomes were from
that experience. (Wisdom, 2019)
The significance of accepting responsibility for one's own growth and giving evidence of what one
has learned is becoming widely acknowledged. This is especially essential in the present job
situation, which is unpredictable and unsettling in the midst of a recession. As job competition
heats up, a commitment to and proof of CPD will set one applicant apart from the crowd and
provide a competitive edge in a crowded labor market. (Wisdom, 2019)

3. CPD contribution to own learning

CPD is how I continue to advance. CPD will help us to deal with problems as they arise, plan for
the future, and achieve great things. CPD has aided me in polishing my talents and personal
intelligence, as well as filling knowledge gaps and improving my capacity to learn and improve on
a consistent basis. I learned faster as I got more comfortable with the method, and as a result, I will
become a more autonomous learner. Finally, CPD has improved my independence by requiring me
to participate in learning activities on purpose.

c. Teamwork: When we become proficient it helps us to get used to a lot of environments with
different people. It helps to match each newly formed team and grow more successfully as the
skill becomes mastered

VII. CRITICAL EVALUATION

Throughout this endeavor, I discovered my own strengths and weaknesses.

This project does not need a lot of information collecting in terms of strengths, but rather focuses on self-
assessment, strengths and weaknesses analysis, and group cooperation. I have the capacity to go to the
root of a problem and solve it in the most efficient way possible. This project also helps me make future
goals to improve my strengths and shortcomings.

Because my vocabulary is restricted, there are parts of my work that I feel lack academic rigor.
Furthermore, in terms of personal assessment and growth objectives, my thoughts about myself are both
limited and wide. This assignment, I believe, still has numerous faults that I plan to solve in the future.

I'm hoping that my efforts in this report will result in an M. Because I believe I finished the P and M
chores. In addition, I attempted to finish this as flawlessly as possible. As a result, I am hopeful that the
teachers will be able to objectively analyze my report.
