CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION (SELECTED TOPIC) (8 Marks)
 A detail introduction
 Aim, objective and scope
CHAPTER 2: EVOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT (10 Marks)
 Analysis in Jurisprudential development on the selected topic
 Contemporary position
CHAPTER 3: CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF ARTICLES WITH JUDICIAL
PRONOUNCEMENTS (12 Marks)
 Study in light of Present Legal framework, Reports and Regulatory bodies impacted
 Role of Judiciary (substantiate with cases on your selected topic)
CHAPTER 4: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS WITH OTHER COUNTRIES (10 Marks)
 Comparison between India and other Countries
 Differentiate the deviations and correspondences.
CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION (5 Marks)
 Summarization of the chapters

DETAIL GUIDELINES FOR THE PROJECT/ ASSIGNMENT WRITING.

1. The students can contact me for the project consultation after lecture hours or during breaks
or through official emails. No queries will be entertained through phone calls.
2. The project/assignment needs to be prepared using a standard text processing and must be
printed in black text (colour for images, if necessary) using theme font Times New Roman
and font size 12 for main content and for footnotes 10 and line spacing 1.5.
3. The project/assignment need to be on A4 size paper with margin 1.5 inches from left side and
(1) one inch from the other sides.
4. The project/assignment pages must be clear, sharp and even, with uniform size and uniformly
spaced characters, lines and margins.
5. Project/assignment should be free from typographical errors/ printing error and properly
numbered in sequence.
6. The project/assignment must be properly aligned and justified, grammatically articulated and
legible.
7. The Project/Assignment must be minimum 2000 words and 3500 words maximum in the
main contents from chapter 1 to 6.
8. All students will submit the project/ assignment on 25th November till 4.00 pm Soft copy on
blackboard. Deadline to be maintained.

i. Students who fail to submit the project/assignment on the above date and time their 5
mark will be deducted per day till 27th November, 2020, which will be last late
submission deadline permitted with deduction of 5 marks per day.

ii. After the last permitted deadline the respective student in any case will not permitted
be permitted to submit the projects on any of the grounds whatsoever.

iii. Those students who fail to follow the deadline their project/assignment will not be
evaluated kindly note after the deadlines mentioned above

9. No repetition of the contents and the project/assignment should be concise on the


selected/allotted topics.
10. If the content of plagiarism is more than 20% prescribed limits, the students have only one
chance of Re-do with deduction of 10 marks. After the Re-do also the project/assignment is
found to be plagiarized or not upto the mark than the student is going to be failed in this
component and will marked Zero kindly note.
11. Within 2 days the students have to submit the project/assignment of re-do once it’s being
informed to them about plagiarism, failing which their re-do project will not be accepted on
any grounds and will be marked zero.
12. No extension will be granted as per the specified guidelines and deadlines.
