Subject: Test Call Letter for the Post of Communication Assistant (BPS-15)

With reference to your application for the post of Communication Assistant


(BPS-15), you are required to appear for Computer Based TEST at the following time, date
and venue:
Wednesday, April 13, 2022
At 12:00 PM
Venue: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Constitution Avenue, G-5, Islamabad,
(All applicants must arrive 1 hour before the test time.
Please follow the given timing strictly)
2. Please bring along with following DOCUMENTS at the time of Test:
i. Printout of this Call Letter
ii. Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
iii. Printout of COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
3. Eligibility with regard to original documents, age and domicile shall be determined
in respect of short-listed candidates only.
4. Skill test, where applicable, will be conducted for all the candidates.

5. The Test will comprise Pakistan Affairs, General Knowledge/IQ, Islamiat, English
and Computer skills sections
6. Mobile phones and any other electronic devices are prohibited inside the test center.
7. All candidates must bring face masks.
8. Please note that this Test Call Letter does not confer any right of selection for the
above post. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Test.
