Question: Is it permissible to entrust our Zakaat and Lillah etc.
to Jusa and Uucsa? The reason for asking is that I have always
forwarded my Zakaat and Lillah etc. to Jusa and Uucsa.
Relatives of mine have informed me that they have stopped
giving their Zakaat to Jusa and Uucsa as their activities are
unbecoming of Muslims, let alone Ulama. Kindly advise me.

Answer: All praises are due unto Allah, Most High. Salaams
and Salutations be upon our Beloved Nabi Muhammed
Mustafa Sallallahu alayhi Wasallam.

Your relatives are indeed correct when they say that Zakaat
and Lillah funds etc. should NOT be forwarded to Jusa and
Uucsa.

In this brief booklet, the evidences of the Haraam activities

which some Jusa and Uucsa members of Jusa and Uucsa are
involved in, are brought to the notice of the Allah fearing
public. As for those who prefer being in perpetual denial, no
amount of evidences will ever convince them of the road to
doom which they are merrily traversing. Though this booklet
is NOT directed to them, we do make Duaa that Allah, Most
High, have Mercy on them.

Whilst everyone can and do commit sins and errors, the

deviates obstinately REFUSE TO MAKE TAUBAH. To the
contrary, some of them in conjunction with the so-called
Radio Islam, are on a vigorous campaign to spread Haraam
ideologies with outrageous impunity. The innocent, naïve
public are easily swayed by the baseless, distorted Shar’i
arguments. Mixing the Haq with Baatil is one of the
specialities which the deviates excel in.

With the Fadl of Allah Azza Wajal, from the evidences cited in
this booklet, even simple laymen will be stunned at just how
the deviates have mutilated Islam.

Since the deviates are basically in charge of the affairs of Jusa

and Uucsa, there is no guarantee at all that the Zakaat and
Lillah etc. which you entrust to Jusa and Uucsa will be
distributed by the deviates according to the Shari’ laws.

In fact, so conspicuous are the evidences of the wholesale

Haraam indulgences, that it will be Waajib to reclaim any
Zakaat and Lillah from them and the so-called Radio Islam.

In conclusion, we urge the overwhelming silent, sincere

majority Ulama of Jusa and Uucsa, to publicly distance
themselves from the miscreants and to demand the
resignation of those who are bringing the Jamiat into
disrepute. They should be forced to resign so that the Muslim
Ummah can regain their confidence in the Jamiat. Says Allah,
Most High:

“And aid one another in Goodness and Taqwa, and do

not assist one another in Sin and Transgression…”
May Allah grant everyone the Taufeeq to act in accordance
with his Pleasure.

“The Jamiatul Ulama South Africa is a constituted body of
Muslim theologians established in 1923. It has since its inception
served the socio-religious needs of the Muslim community
residing in Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga, Limpopo,
Freestate and some areas of the Northern Cape. It has seven
regional offices and six branch representatives. Its members
serve as Imaams in 90% of mosques in these areas. It also has
one hundred and sixty-five (165) affiliate madaaris [religious
schools] under its supervision. The fatwa [religious decrees]
issued by the Jamiatul Ulama South Africa are considered to be
authoritative and binding upon the Muslim Community. It is

LEADERSHIP OF THE JAMATIAL UL ULAMA AND
UUCSA

Perhaps your honourable selves were unaware of much
which has been revealed in this booklet.
Be as it may, we now are faced with an unparalleled crisis,
the disastrous genocidal steps which the South African
Government wishes to impose upon the citizens of this
country.
The government has released the National Health
Amendment Bill with the aim of amending the National
Health Act.
The consequences of this bill is shocking and horrendous.
The government will have the authority to compel a person
and force him into quarantine and isolation etc. The bill also
seeks to mandate vaccines, the harms of which have been
proven without a shadow of doubt.
This bill has been condemned and denounced by health
workers throughout the country. Even Christians and their
Churches have urged their congregations to oppose the bill
by signing petitions and voicing their concerns to
government via email.
The Secretary General of the Jamiat, Maulana Bham, was
respectfully contacted few days ago by a member of the
public to inquire what the Jamiat stance was with regards to
the draconian bill. Regrettably, though Moulana Bham has
seen the message, he has not bothered to reply.
To say the least, this is extremely disturbing. It appears that
the Jamiat and UUCSA have been infiltrated and captured by
sinister forces.
Submission to oppose this bill closes on 15 April 2022,
leaving us with just 5 days to mobilise all segments of the
Muslim Ummah and take a stand against this absolutely
shocking bill.
Respected and Honourable Moulana, we cannot overstate
the need for the Muslim Community to impress upon the
Government that the amendments are totally against our
Deen.
Imagine, young Muslim girls and even old-aged parents being
forcefully transported to a State Institution and quarantined
in isolated against their will, being forcefully given
medication with side effects, being forcefully vaccinated and
being monitored 24/7.
Imagine them being left at the mercy of Ghair Mahrams with
no one present to listen to their screams if they are
manhandled.
Would you like this to happen to your sisters, daughters and
wives? Of course not!
Then why is the Jamiat and Uucsa absolutely silent about
such a drastic issue? Non-Muslim organiczations and
Churches etc are educating their consituents and garnering
tens of thousands of signatures.
Sadly, there is nothing to be found on the Jamiat website!
Elsewhere we have mentioned that the seriousness of the
matter cannot be overemphasised. For Allah’s sake, we urge
you to attend to this urgent matter by immediately launching
a vigorous educational and signature campaign.

The majority of South Africans have still not submitted

their comments on the National Health Act’s Draft
Regulations which will effectively act as a long-term
replacement to South Africa’s State of Disaster Covid
Regulations. The number of submissions so far are very
few.

This insane Act will affect every South African as some

of our Constitutional rights including our religious
freedom will be taken away from us forever.

The National Health Act’s Draft Regulations must be

stopped!

1. We oppose all the proposed regulations as they are

unconstitutional
2. We oppose forced vaccinations
3. We oppose producing vaccination certificates to attend
church and other events
4. We oppose vaccination passports
5. We oppose mandatory masks
6. We oppose restrictions on gathering indoors and
outdoors
7. We oppose civilians being forced into state quarantine
facilities and administered medication without their
consent
8. We oppose the proposed fines and 10-year jail
sentences for non-compliance to these draconian
regulations and amendments.

Your future and your children's future are at stake. Yes

Important message from AMPSA (Association of

Muslim Professionals of South Africa)
The Minister of Health has published new regulations
intended to be promulgated under the National Health
Act, No. 61 of 2003. Such regulations will have the effect
of rendering permanent the Covid regulations
promulgated under the Disaster Management Act, 2002
following the declaration of a national state of disaster.
Once the regulations are approved, they would be
implemented without any need for compliance with the
parliamentary legislative process in as much as they
constitute subordinate legislation within the purview of
the Minister's delegated powers.

It is accordingly vital that you act without delay,

and by no later than the prescribed deadline of 15
April 2022, to voice your objection against the
adoption of these draconian Regulations.
