Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)


Between
SNVA Edutech Pvt Ltd
And
Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research (DSPSR), Delhi

Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research (DSPSR) located at 9, Institutional Area, Sector 25, Rohini,
Delhi-110099 represented by the Director of the Institution Professor Sima Kumari and SNVA Edutech pvt ltd
located at B 44 Noida sector 59 201301 UP represented by the Associate Vice President, in furtherance of
their mutual interests in cooperation in the fields of education agree upon the following principles of
cooperation:

Article 1
SNVA Edutech Pvt Ltd shall provide Industry specific training, Placement /job Opportunities, Internship, On-
the-job training, Project work, sharing of research facilities etc. to the students of Delhi School of Professional
Studies and Research (DSPSR).

Article 2
DSPSR shall provide Consulting support, conduct of training and development programmes, etc., to help the
company as per their requirements.

Article 3
The MoU may be terminated by either of the parties by written notice at least 60 days in advance.
Commitments already in progress must be fulfilled. The MoU can be amended or changed by mutual written
consent.

Article 4
The MoU will come into effect on the day of approval by both the parties and will have duration of Five years.
Thereafter, it will be renewed tacitly and successively.
This MoU has been signed in two copies, of which each party has taken one. Both of them have equal validity.
