Dear Subbarao Sir,

We plan to conduct the classes as soon you give us a Nod. The Faculty will be present for two days
(Saturday & Sundays). The class would last for 3 and half hours to 4 hours each day and Faculty will be
very much regular in his attendance. He has completed Advance Diploma from English and Foreign
Languages University, Hyderabad and is also working with Google Inc.

Sir, as per our discussion in Vijayawada about the students forming groups, I have asked the faculty not
to take the numbers of the students and not to encourage students to form WhatsApp groups or any
similar things. I told him the office people will directly contact the students give the communication if
any (If it is Ok with you)…

Sir, I request you to provide maximum number of students (at least 20 per batch or more) so as to get
worked out. The fee we intend to collect will be Rs. 6,000/- (as per our discussion) and we provide the
course materials, vocabulary sets and practice materials. We also provide Students quality audio files for
Pronunciation convenience and vocabulary building. Also please let me know the building usage charges
for taking the classes sir.

Below is the course curriculum scheduled for 4 Week-ends. Please go through sir. For any kind of
