DESCRIPTION
The CDI-2 is a brief self-report test that helps assess cognitive, affective, and behavioral signs
of depression in children and adolescents ages 7 to 17
Includes two self-reports (full & short), teacher report, and parent report
Serves as a part of a broader functional evaluation

- Easy & economical - Kids are required to read and
- Alternate administrations (paper, web- comprehend the questions
