Work Schedule

• Standard shift timings for all full-time employees across all locations in India are 9.00 am
to 6.30 pm (inclusive of lunch and tea breaks).
• Shift timings for all full-time employees for Madurai and Chennai locations are 8.00 am to
5.30 pm.
• Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days.
• Office timings and weekly holidays may vary as per the location, business and customer
requirement.
• Employees involved in 24*7 operations and/or those following client calendars would follow
the shift schedule as per their OMC or department schedule.
