ANALYZE
Analyze the routines set by the Resource Teacher by answering the following
questions.

1. Were the routines effective in ensuring discipline and order in the class? Why?
Why not?
 Yes, routine disciplines and classroom arrangements are effective,
because through classroom activities the behavior of the students is well
maintained and easily captured and the activities are adopted by the
students and develop themselves.

2. Which of those routines were systematic and consistently implemented? Explain

your answer.

 I think the routines that always were systematic and consistently

implemented are lining up and walking in the line because I observed
teachers always fall in the learners when it has a flag ceremony and
programs in school. And the other one is the passing of the paper,
submission of the projects and activities because the teacher always
wants to discipline the students to the time allotment he/she given when
comes to the passing of the papers the teacher wants to maintain and
discipline the passing of paper without any students standing and
murmurings. The last one is the working pair of groups and asking the
students after the discussions just to know if the students understand and
the working of pairs of the group it serves as how students communicate
to the others and how to respect them with different abilities and skills.

REFLECT
Reflect on the various routines observed.

1. Which of the routines will most likely apply in your class? Why? Why not?

The routines that mostly apply in the classroom is pray before start the
lesson, checking the attendance of the students and pairing them or
work with a group, because I want them to always remember god is
always here to guide them and pray when every time that will happens,
I want also check their attendance to maintain and know who is
students actively go to school lastly the pair in groups to enhance my
learner’s communication and how to interact to the others.

By making a rule in classroom it helps teacher to maintain students behavior and

the rule it should be always fair and equally and consider student’s agreement on
what rule will be do and make sure that students understand.

same rules? If not, what rules are you going to employ? Explain your answer.

As I observed me and my resource teacher has the same classroom rules, but it
has few more things that I want to add in my classroom rules, I want my
classroom rules will be maintaining that my students follow and adopt my rules
