In the article “3 Reasons Gen Z is The Most Awesome Generation There Is,” Tony Ewing, a

leadership strategy professional, claims that Gen Z is a uniquely talented generation which would

greatly benefit society if previous generations work closely alongside them. First, Ewing

introduces an example of how Gen Z has tackled complicated problems in a unique way,

alongside the idea that former generations would gain much from a partnership. He continues by

explaining that former generations only interact with Gen Z through criticism, but through

fighting the problems behind their criticism Gen Z has fostered multiple strengths. Ewing

justifies this idea by listing one strength, Gen Z looks for challenges and works harder, with

more passion, than others in order to further their personal growth. He continues by developing

this idea, arguing that Gen Z is united in putting action to their words, arguing again that former

generations could channel that unique power through collaboration with Gen Z instead of

exploitation. Next, Ewing extends this idea by stating due to Gen Z being strongly united, they

are less gullible, and intolerant of extreme views that would threaten their unity. Ewing

concludes by asserting Gen Z would solve worldwide problems if provided the right support and

guidance by preceding generations, however even without guidance they will solve problems in

their unique way without the approval of others.
