Nikola: Hi. My name is Nikola Quispe, Human Resources Manager.

Today, we have to do a job


interview. Let’s begin.

J: Hi, my anme is Jemh Mendoza.

N: Today, we have to do a job interview. Let’s begin. We will start with the following
question: How do you consider yourself for this position?

Jemh: I consider myself a capable person that can do everything because I am a very
perfectionist, who seeks to find the method in which I can help, in a very beneficial way, the
company and thus be able to excel with great success.

N: Very good features, gentleman. Now let's move on to another question. Why are you
looking to get this job?

Jemh: Because it is the field in which I specialize and because the company has a long history,
so I would like to be part of this team to contribute to its growth.

N: I am glad that you feel those things for this company. What do you have to offer this
company?

J: I have an excellent ability with numbers, in addition to that, I have developed great work
experiences since I was a child and an immense wish to promote and I can innovate in the
position that I know I am one hundred percent qualified.

N: In this job, they have to know a lot about innovation and how to improve the company.
What makes you different from other candidates?

J: I think what makes me different from others is the discipline imposed on me. I know that
wherever I put myself, I will give my all to push the limits.

N: You have excellent skills and a lot of confidence in answering. Finally, we have the last
questions. What did you think of the interview? Do you have any question?

J: I found it a very interesting interview. It has been a privilege to have been chosen and I have
no doubt. Thank you.

A: I have come to this
interview because I have been
looking for the opportunity to
obtain it,
since I have heard very good
reviews about this company.
