The given chart shows the number of cases of X Disease in
Someland from 1960 to 1995.(paraphrase).

The render/ given line chart illustrates the cases of people

who were infected with X disease in Someland between 1960
to 1995. The data is calibrated / measured in figure/
numerical.
Overall, it is vivid / crystal clear that the maximum/ highest/
large amount cases had been seen in the year from 1975 to
1980, whereas the minimum/ least incidences were found in
between 1990 to 1995.

As it is demonstrated in the line graph, in 1960, the cases of x

disease were 100 that remained same( unchanged/
stagnant/similar/ untouched/ stable/steady) till the year
1965.( the number of cases were same from 1960 to 1965 that
were 100 cases). However, there was a significant
(moderate/steadily/ considerable/ substantial) rise(increase/
grow/went(go) up/climb/soar) in the figure of incidence till
1970, which later on, climbed(increase/ grow/went(go)
up/climb/soar) rapidly (dramatically/ steeply
/quickly/sharply) till 1975 at peak level with 200 and 500
cases respectively. The cases remained( stayed) stable at same amount(number) till 1980.

Moving to rest of the information/ Moving to the further

details, the sum(total) of cases started to decline (decrease/
fall/ drop/ dip/(went) go down/plunge/plummet) sharply till
1990 at 0 cases.However/ Afterwards/Then after/After then,
no case had been observed till 1995.
