Dear Members,

RE::SAVE YOURSELF-SAVE THE BANK :: SESSION ON OPERATIONAL LAPSES

These days our Association is coming across number of instances of Disciplinary Actions due to
Operational Lapses. Hence It has been decided to hold a Session on Operational lapses. The
purpose is to sensitise officers about the lapses which are generally committed while
discharging assigned operational responsibilities.

THE PROGRAMME IS SCHEDULED ON 14TH MAY, 2022 (SATURDAY): 10.30 AM TO 1.30


PM (ON ZOOM & FACEBOOK LIVE)

Sh. R.K.Chatterjee, President of AIBOBOA and Former Director of the Bank,


having vast experience of defending the officers and guiding them on disciplinary
matters will coordinate the programme.

Our Guest speaker will be Mr. DB Mukhopadhyay, Former General Manager, BOB,
who will also take questions from the candidates, after his talk on the subject.

The programme will immensely benefit all the officers heading the branches/working in
operations. Officers presently working in other departments may also join.

As only 500 offices can join in one batch on Zoom platform, it will be on “FIRST COME
FIRST SERVE BASIS”. If the number exceeds 500, then Officers can join on Facebook
live.
