1. In what ways are hazel's customers most likely to judge the quality of her lawn
care services?
 Basically, work can be judged based on her efficiency in doing any work.
They can be judged on the apparencies of the lawn of the services such as
landscaped, height of the grass also the height of the grass.

2.(a) what kind of things would likely require forecasts?


 As he established her own lawn business. for that the inventory,
maintaince, weather, worker these are the basic things that needs to be
maintained.
(b) what inventory items does hazel probably have name on inventory decision
she has to make periodically?
 Hazel has gas and fertilizer and the inventory decision she has to make
periodically is quality of fertilizer must.
(d) how important is quality assurance of hazel business
 As he starts his own business the first and foremost duty will be quality
assurance. if they do bad the customer will not come.

 if she use machine instead men then that will be far more better for hazel

(3) Answer no-3/ A) Hazel had been worked for almost 500 companies. Things
were started to turn around. The new Co of the company decided to downsize the
company. She was looking for an employment elsewhere but failed B) After
recovering from an initial shock Hazel started her own business. She was happy
being her own boss and was planning for expending the business C) After facing
such difficulties she was in shock but as soon as she overcame from the situation,
she started her own business. She was planning for expending her business but
never thought of launching a website.

the curb for pickup from my point of view it may lead to a storage problem for
Hazel’s business. for volume handling hazel may use dustbin to store.
Advantage: Hazel may be able to charge more for this additional service from the
selling products
