 To provide a computer based billing system to for
an accurate computation of bill.
 To reduce the Time, Energy, and resources that was
being consumed to performing a bill to the
customer.
 To generate a receipt when performing service.
 To provides a convenient solution of billing pattern .

Introduction:-
The simple café management system helps a certain
café to manage its customer’s bill or Order or receipt this
system stores the list of menu or product that the café
serve with their price and the product list are organised
by category. The café will take the orders of customers
then the cashier can choose if either the customer will
pay as they order or save the order first and pay later. To
track the order of the customers the café will provide an
order number per order same as the common process of
some fast-food, restaurant or café.
The System work as follows:-
 Administrator May login the system.
 The system also keeps track order of the customers.
 Customer data is separately stored in database.
 Appointment Scheduling: User may order Food
Online.
 It Manages all the operations done in café.

Software Requirements:
 Operating system(Windows 7, Windows
10,Windows 11)
 Code Editor(Visual Studio code, Notepad)
 MySQl.
 XAMPP Server.
 Browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox)

Hardware Components:
 Processor- Intel i3,i5,i7/AMD Ryzen 3,5,7
 Memory-2 GB -8 GB Ram

Advantages:
 As the system is fully automated, it does not require
human efforts calculating bill’s and maintain orders
of customer.
 Saves efforts and time and it is cost-effective.
Disadvantages:
 Require large database.
 The admin has to manually manage the inventory
section in the system like what orders are have
been made and the upcoming orders and of
billing.

Application:
 This system can be used in café, coffee shop or
in restaurant also.

Proposed System:
The proposed system provides user friendly
interface and also provides and efficient database
management system. The aim of proposed system is to
develop a system of improved facilities. The existing
system work is down manually thus hampering its
accuracy and effectiveness. The proposed can overcome
the limitations of the existing system. The system
provides proper security and reduce the manual work.
The existing system has several disadvantages ad many
more difficulties to work. The proposed system tries to
eliminate or reduce these difficulties up to some extent.
The proposed system will help the user to reduce the
workload and mental conflict. Through this system it is
possible to print various reports and bills for the
organisation.
The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of
