1. It may include the following:
a. Discussion of the implementation of the philosophy.
b. Evaluation if it is working or not.
c. Identifying the role of the philosophy in gaining
competitive advantage.
d. Other relevant data

b. Cost Management Techniques Adopted by the Company


i. Discussion/Evaluation/Analysis
1. It may include the following:
a. Discussion of the cost management techniques being used
and how it is being implemented.
b. Other relevant data
III. CONCLUSION
a. Proposed solution or changes. May include the following points for discussion:
i. Provide specific and realistic solution(s) or changes needed.
ii. Explain why this solution was chosen.
iii. Support this solution with solid evidence, such as:
1. Concepts from class (text readings, discussions, lectures)

Use the following writing guidelines.
Paper Size : A4
Font Style : Times New Roman
Font Size : 12
Margin : 1.5 (left)

PROCEDURES:
1. Form a group with 5 members. Designate a leader.
2. Choose one company as the subject of your evaluation and analysis. (As much a possible,
choose a company with details available in the internet. Meeting/ Discussion via virtual
platform is advised. Document every virtual meeting.)
3. List of the group members and the chosen company must be submitted via Messenger GC
as soon as become available.
4. The leader must create a google drive folder and the same must be shared to all members
and to the course instructor. The google drive folder must include the following as a
minimum content:
a. Document File of the Paper (not necessarily a complete paper already. Paper in
process of completion is advisable to be uploaded so I can access it already for
some advising and monitoring purposes.
b. Documentation (video recording of group meetings and other documentation
supporting the collaboration of the group members)
5. The complete paper must be available on the last meeting prior to the date of final
examination.
